I overall had a very good experience, though I did not get to print my shirt exactly how I wanted it. I had to call one of the customer service reps who was very good and helped me fix my design, though I am a little disappointed that I could not print my shirt exactly the way I wanted to; though for legal reasons I understand why my photo may have appeared to be taken by a professional and therefore could not be printed without my name beside it, but it was in fact my own photo and I would have preferred my original design. But again, not much can be done and the way it was handled was commendable!
Custom Ink was amazing. They were very communicative throughout the process. The order came 3 days early which was amazing, and when they arrived the shirts were soft and had an amazing depiction of my design. I will definitely be ordering from Custom Ink again!
Not very good. Overpriced for mediocre quality. I've already sent an email to customer service requesting a refund and haven't heard back. I was overcharged the price I was quoted on top of the fact that my shirts looked terrible.

The website interface was excellent and incredibly easy, my only issue in hindsight was the selection of the t-shirt material/fabric. I wanted to go with the heather gray at first, but didn't want to order 6 of the same shirt so i selected another version that would allow me to order less. I was extremely happy with how quickly the order came and the updates i received in between ordering and the delivery, very helpful to stay aware of everything.

Overall experience was great. I was sold because of all the custom icons that were available and the option to see different logo options before picking. Made it super easy and was worth the extra money instead of designing myself.
