Had a great experience overall with Custom Ink. Great customer service. Great shipping time. Its really hard these days to find online service that speaks volume. And with your guys service it really shows that you put some work into making sure you have happy customers. We use to Order work shirts from a local company. But I had the opportunity to branch out and look elsewhere, I had used your company in the past many years ago probably ten - years ago. And decided to use this great Company once again. Amazing product, built to my exact criteria, and, discussed with a "Real Person" who told me which one of two custom "inkings" they liked best prior to placing my order -- as, I was having a hard time deciding which one to pick.

I've purchased from this site before and knew I would be getting a quality product. Shirt sizes are NOT in their control so make sure you read the reviews on each product to see how true-to-fit it is. The Bella tri-blend was said to run small so I got 1 size larger and it was perfect if not a smidgen big. The printing is clear and my sister thought I got her official merch from a podcast we both love and I had to tell her it was custom made. The quality is outstanding--I've never had a problem with this company before and I don't expect I will any time soon. I highly recommend this company. One word of warning: MAKE SURE you click "less than 6" on products. If you don't, you'll be shown all products, regardless if you're ordering 1 or 2.
My 12 year old son created a YouTube page and decided he wanted "merch" to go with it. This was his and his sister's creation for his Bag Head videos. He loves his shirt. Very high quality. He even did an unboxing video of the shirt. Silly kid.
I was impressed with the emails about the order before they processed my order. My order looked just like I designed it. High quality.
Customer service is not very helpful or knowledgeable about the products. Design was not centered on the shirt. While the quality of the design was very good, because the shirt quality was poor and the design placement was askew, I would not be able to rate this transaction very high. I have just emailed customer service and if they replace or refund the order I will give a higher rating.
Custom Ink has provided my company with quality shirts since we began our business. They do exceptional work that I can rely on. Screen printing on their shirts is bright, clear and proven to hold up perfectly under tough working conditions with weekly machine washes. The customer service representatives I have talked with are very pleasant and helpful. I've tried other screen printers but from my experiences Custom Ink does the best work.

The site is easy to use and customer service etc. is efficient and very responsive. I wasn't crazy about the amount of emails I received - It seems like all the designs could have gone on one - but I would rather have that than have to fight with the website to see what I did! It also makes it easy to forward only the designs you want. I also was a little bummed by the quality of the shirt, but EVERYTHING was right on the mark with communication, customer service, timeliness and packaging. All in all one of the best providers I have ever used.
Custom Ink is great. Very easy to design the shirt you want, comes out the way you wanted it. They are also exceed the expectations when it comes to timing! Was suppose to get my shirt on Friday and it came Wednesday! That's something to be happy about (:
I absolutely loved the overall experience! The only thing I'm disappointed about is the fact that I have to order a minimum of 6 hoodies to be able to add something to the sleeve(s). Other than that, I'm absolutely 100% satisfied!
