Everything was great. The quality of the screen printing exceeded my expectations! I was a bit nervous about the shipping timing - it was scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday and it hadn't shipped by Monday. But they made it on time!

Our automated accounting software included the wrong shipping address on the PO I submitted, which caused my shipment to be delivered about 5 miles from the desired location. When I got the notice it was delivered. I had to track down what happened, which including sending an email to your support team. I drove to the delivery address and retrieved my shipment. Shortly after returning to my office, I got a call from your support staff checking on my current situation. None of which was their doing. I really appreciate the concern and willingness to follow up!
Custom Ink is the only screen printing company I want to do business with! Their customer service and the quality of their products is unmatched. An associate contacted me promptly regarding any questions they had about my order and a also made helpful suggestions about our final design. They also graciously agreed to delay our shipment to ensure that the package would not arrive during my vacation.

Overall the experience was great. The shirt sizes are smaller than average but no fault of you guys, just would be nice to know they are on the small side. The cost was the biggest issue, seemed expensive for screen printed t shirts. I'll be going back to my original supplier for work related gear. I could have ordered nice polo's for the price of this finished product. Thanks
