Don was great throughout the whole process. The design came out better than I thought it would - y'all have good artists, and the shirts look awesome.
All of the employees who worked with me during the process were amazing. From the first call to the final order placement all employees were polite, professional and helpful. We actually had a problem on our side, shirts got lost due to our shipping department... custom ink was willing to ship us new shirts out at no cost. Luckily we were able to find the shirts. Great job, great company and great employees. Great job custom ink.
The whole process with our school's Custom Ink order was very easy. The customer service was great and even when I had to ask for tax-exempt information, it was easy to do and follow-up on. I am grateful that the company allowed for all the questions and the whole process was quick. We received our 3-ply masks with our logo in a timely manner and they were perfect!

The service on CustomInk was pretty good, up until when my expedited order was put on hold, and I received it a day late, only to realize that the back of the T-shirt was completely lacking from what I was promised and the black ink I paid for on my back design was left out entirely, leaving a pretty horrible picture on the back. I hope I can contact Custom Ink support to fix this issue as it is unacceptable. Luckily, the participants at my event are close with me so if I get a new shipment we could replace the shirts easily. But if this unlucky thing were to happen to anyone else, their whole event may be ruined because of a lousy printing job on Custom Ink's part. I am hoping to get my current shirts fixed or entirely replaced for this issue. I would not order from Custom Ink again if I knew that the print would severely be lacking and I didn't get my order on time like how it has turned out right now.
