This is my 3rd order with Custom Ink. Customer Service is excellent they will stick with your through the end and offer suggestions, help with graphics and more. Very impressed with customer service. The chat option is my go to. The Printing is perfect on our items. The items are always true to size and color. Once I had a team member from the printing department message me after I had okay'd final orders stating that they felt the placement wouldn't work well and offered his suggestion and I was extremely impressed with this and did in fact take his suggestion. Great overall experience.
I got exactly what I ordered and it was delivered on time.
Once again great experience using customink! Had to pay for expediated shipping this time since I did not originally plan on making tshirts but it was very reasonable and got here in time! Will def keep using customink!

I am very pleased with Custom Ink. Although the quality of the embroidery is not extremely high, the customer service and quality of the company far exceeded my expectations. We were thanked for our military service, our uploaded customs design was well adapted to fit the hat, and ordering/receiving was very easy.
I order these & paid extra so they would come in before the day i needed them & they actually came in 3 days before they said they would. Good shirts & great service.

Had a tough time finding a site of good quality to make a single Tshirt in a short amount of time, but then I came across this website and it was one of the most cleanest and easiest site to manage. Uploading my own design was simple, the price was great, and the shipping time was even better. I had high hopes and I was hoping to end up with great results, and am extremely happy that my shirt came out exactly how I wanted! Will definitely recommend and order again for family events!

The customer service was awesome! All 3 times, the customer service representatives were helpful, patient, and caring. They soothed all my worries and got my additional requests done. They also made suggestions that saved us money and rendered better artwork. I changed the number of t-shirts several times and each time, they did a good job. I would totally come back and work with custom ink again.

I found the website a little tricky to navigate. I wanted to purchase more shirts in different colors and sizes but was challenged by the app.
Honestly, I'm not the person to write reviews on anything however, your customer service has been a bear to get in contact with. After 3 to 4 emails later, I still have gotten no response for a defective product you guys have shipped me. I received my package open already and had many problems wrong with it.
Designing the sweater on the website was fun, ordering was easy and delivery was fast!
The experience was great, and the customer service representative was fast and helpful. The final product turned out nicely. The only drawback was that this turned out to be very expensive. I ordered 2 t-shirts, and they ended up being $35 a piece--- very expensive t-shirts, when all is said and done.
Awesome company to deal with. Delivery was quick. Will be ordering again in the future.
