I am very satisfied with my overall experience. When I submitted my design I was advised to call CustomInk to make sure the design would come out as I hoped. I called and spoke with someone about the design and she helped come up with a better one that would come clearer when printed. The shirts came out beautifully and when I reached out regarding the stains mentioned previously the customer service provided to me was outstanding. I received a prompt reply and all I had to do was send a picture of the stains and was immediately told that a replacement would be shipped to me as soon as possible. I'll be recommending CustomInk to anyone that ever asks me about custom apparel printing.
