Customer Service was super helpful and great attitude. I have had multiple Comfort color shirts before and was super thrilled to see Custom Ink have them in their inventory. The Quality of these shirts and fantastic and the logo we had put on them looks fantastic! Everyone in the company LOVES their shirts. Thank yall so much!
It was good. Just had a hard time trying to add more t-shirts with the business design on the back and add their first name on the front. So I could add all of them to the cart and pay.

As the organizer, I was so grateful that the ordering platform allows for people to Individually pay for & ship items direct to them. The only frustration I had was around finalizing the order & adding to/repeating the order. I did not receive an email to close out and ‘place' the order when the deadline arrived, which it appeared almost nullified the order. I have had requests to add to the order and it would be so much simpler if CustomInk would follow up, like most companies do, with an offer to print more of my shirts... maybe even with a small discount. I would have quickly ordered more. Instead I am having to recreate a new order.

I've seen some bad reviews. However, that's not my experience. Product is great printing is just as good.
I ordered a performance shirt as a gift for a friend and had accidentally chosen the wrong size. Almost a week after I placed my order, I was able to go online and chat with a customer service representative and easily change the shirt size and immediately received a new order confirmation email. Things were seamless, my friend's shirt fits great and communication was very clear and very simple to navigate.
My experience with Custom Ink has been great! The order came in quickly and the print and color are beautiful.
Working with Maddy was a sincere pleasure! Maddy made the selection process easy and quick and was incredibly responsive with all communications. She sent proofs multiple times and was happily willing to make adjustments as needed to ensure we were 100% satisfied.
