Overall experience was very good - printing looks great and Custom Ink communicated well throughout the process. The masks, however, could use some design re-evaluation. In particular, they lack 1) adjustable / elastic connectors to the ear, 2) bendable nose piece, and 3) sufficient vertical length (chin to nose bridge). Altogether, this yields a mask that fails at providing the coverage and fit that the current COVID situation requires. Unfortunately, this purchase will be seen more as a novelty than as a mask recipients would want to wear.

As with my previous shopping experience, the customer service with custom ink is absolutely top notch. Questions get answered immediately and the staff go above and beyond to help. The website is super easy to use and the ordering process is a breeze. My issue with this purchase is I felt like the color I ordered for the majority of my purchases (Gildian charcoal) did not really look like it did in the pictures. I felt the gray color was significantly lighter than what was pictured. I also felt like the logo sizing was very inconsistent from item to item. Some items the logo was too small while others were slightly too big.
Overall, customer service was understanding, my order came in quick, and everything was in order when it came in. 4.5/5
It was a really well built website. Easy to design a shirt. Also it was great on how they had tons and tons of design options available to you on the site. Pricing and the turnaround time was better than I expected. Will order again soon.
