Overall, I had a great experience with Custom Ink! One thing that really wowed me was the fact that I was personally reached out to (both via text and email) in regards to ensuring I approved the design before printing which I didn't expect. They are truly committed to making sure the design is finished and the product is sent to you as soon as possible which I appreciate. The actual product was excellent quality too. The only thing I didn't love was the constant reminder emails that something was in my cart, but not purchased. I was very aware of that fact and was waiting for certain approval before purchasing and didn't necessarily need my inbox to be flooded with daily reminders that I hadn't completed my order.
T-shirt was a gift for a coworker, who loves it. Will definitely use you guys again if the opportunity arises.

Great online site for designing my tank top. But upon opening the package, the tank top material is course, stiff and way different from what a 100% cotton shirt should feel like.
I basically had two orders. One from a previous order and a new one. After uploading and entering all the info on the website, I submitted a document for each of the orders. When the quotes came in, it showed it as one completed order with mixups in logos, color and names. After a week or so of corespondence, I finally asked to see how the order would be submitted to the next level to make sure everythng was correct, including the price quote. 34 shirts in Charcoal and 5 in Navy with different logos and names. After seeing the complete order and making changes I agreed and paid. When communicating with the next level person, he decided it was to confusing and made it into two separate orders. After some size changes and verifyiing the names and printing assurances the shirts were printed and delivered in a timely manner. All the shirts came out great. Custom Ink Staff were very professional, communicative and understanding.
I've used CustomInk a few times and always had a great experience. This time was no different!

The website is very easy to use and gives you all of the perspectives of your custom design on the actual t-shirt. Customer service and communication were proactive and responsive.
Most of all I'm very impressed and grateful with your website and the design process. I went through at least 4 other websites during my research on pricing and options for this project, and your website is BY FAR much easier to navigate and use. One major detail that you have above the others is that your system automatically removes the white background in my image and lets the color the of the sweatshirt (or whatever) show through so that you don't see a weird box of mis-matched white around your graphic. There was another website that was much less expensive so I tried to make it work with them and they responded with a long list of complicated instructions. So, thank you for having an awesome and easy to use site - and the product came out great too!

The customer service was really helpful, we needed to move up our shipping date by one week, and they got it done very smoothly. Also the image touch-up was really nice. It really pops on the shirt now.
