I can't say enough about Custom Ink. Processing of my order was fast. My design was flawlessly executed. And in the time of Covid when nothing gets delivered with any promptness, my shirts were delivered (to an island no less) at exactly the time promised. This is my second time ordering from Custom Ink, and I am really pleased with the experience.

We were a little surprised that the logo was not centered on the journal, that it was off to the left. We understand that was probably done because of the elastic piece going down the right side, and trust that you know best.

My experience in ordering the shirts was excellent.

I was so satisfied with the team from the KOP Custom Ink, particularly Liz and Renee. Such great employees! Both so kind and helpful - totally focused on getting the job done well and providing more than just t-shirts, but a full experience. Will definitely come back to CustomInk for many more projects to come.

The customer service communication is wonderful! I felt that they really understood and worked with us to get the best product. Their answers and response time was 100% on time and spot on! Very impressed. This is our second order and we are very pleased. The quality on our first order has held up and they are a year old now and look like new still!

It was easy to place an order, some changes had to be made and customer service was outstanding!

It's quick and easy however it can be challenging to create a shirt you're super stoked on. At least from my experience.

I am always pleased with the efficiency of Custom Ink's customer service and the timeliness of their products. I also love their personal touch by having the customer know, by name, the representative handling their order. I don't feel like a number, and that's a rare thing to experience with a big company.

I used the chat on line feature with one of your designers. She was amazing! I told her my grandpa camp theme and she whipped it out so fast! She did a wonderful job!

I use Custom Ink semi-regularly. Sometimes the quality comes up a bit short, but the customer service they provide to make up for it is over the top. It keeps me coming back.

The whole experience was easy and fun. Super fast shipping, vibrant colors. Only downside was that the image print was smaller than expected.
