I was very pleased with Custom ink. It was easy to design and shipped fast. All the shirts are great quality and our team was very pleased with them.
The design interface was generally effective and easy to use. It did get a bit annoying being asked every time if I wanted an email sent each time I did a price check after a design change. The system could be improved by making it much easier to check prices as changes are made, perhaps even having automatic updates somewhere on the screen. Also, it was limiting to not be able to mix unisex and women's cuts easily without being subjected to two sets of minimum order requirements and available colors. Having so few color options available for smaller orders for many styles was also a frustrating limitation.
These were shirts designed for my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration and we couldn't be more thrilled. I used the online support to help ensure everything was just as I wanted it, including sleeve printing. Using the chat feature was easy and my specialist was helpful, knowledgable and responsive. Creating an amazing custom shirt that everyone loved was easy, painless, and affordable!

I was blown away by the level of quality customer service I experienced with Custom Ink. In this day and age, when many companies don't even HAVE a customer service department nor a phone number, Custom Ink representatives answer the phones seven days a week! I worked with Nicole W who couldn't have been more delightful and attentive. She even called to remind me about next steps along the way. I was a bit nervous waiting for the product to arrive since I had placed a large order for the leaders in our volunteer group. Sometimes when custom products arrive the end result is disappointing. Not so, with Custom Ink. The product quality is very high and the screenprinting bold and colorful. Very true to our logo design. Our leaders are so excited! We are going to order more product soon as part of a fundraising campaign we plan to kick off with the entire membership. I very highly recommend Custom INk. You won't be disappointed.
