I have never had a bad experience with Custom Ink. There are other services that might be able to get you custom printed items for a nickel cheaper, but you will get what you pay for and then some with Custom Ink's superior quality, printing, and customer service. Spend the nickel, you will be rewarded in dimes.

I love using Custom Ink - 2 different church events we've done using their shirts, and I am very pleased with the results. I found they were priced better than my local shop and offered the exact same shirt options. I was able to upload custom artwork and size it easily on our shirts. Shipping was awesome and affordable. Being a designer I realize that what my designs need to be may be a bit more challenging. The design tool works well, but a few tweeks could be gained: being able to select and work with art that is smaller than a background art is challenging. BUT you have added lots of great new fonts and art - also the way they are categorized makes finding them easier. And the tool to get a quick price quote has Always worked great! These shirts were designed for a group of kids that wear Gucci t-shirts mostly, but I wanted to throw something personal to them and this was a graduation gift. With assistance from Holly and Scott (design phase), I could let them know what I needed to do that the tools in the online design were not able to do (i. E. keep a pattern on some items but not others). Holly was very pleasant, completely knowledgeable and kept the process moving forward. Scott was able to make the final changes to the design - He even added black to the 'shark' art, which I had wanted to do but didn't want to seem so nit picky. Please let Holly and Scott know how well they did - they really helped me. Thank You!

The website had really cool features to customize the onezie I purchased from my newborn niece. The final product turned out to be exactly as what we wanted it to look like. Custom Ink team were supportive in promptly responding to queries I had re: international shipping and were courteous enough to send follow up emails until the product reached its destination. Product was reasonably priced and ability to ship internationally makes Custom Ink unique unlike other websites. Kudos to the team and an awesome website which was easy to navigate and play around with its super cool designs for custom prints. Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking to procure customized clothing products.
Site is easy to use. The printing is great quality. Order arrived quickly and sooner than expected. The quality of the t-shirt itself wasn't great. Very stiff fabric despite being cotton.
