I tried ordering my t-shirt from other companies. One place did it incorrectly and didn't even offer to fix the problem. Another was to difficult to make and another I couldn't even get started. This company made my ordering experience easy and enjoyable.
Everything else was good except for the material is stiff and I am very disappointed.
Overall, I have had a great experience with Custom Ink. I will order again from your company.
Overall, experience was great. The t-shirts came in a timely manner and meets my needs and expectations.
They did a pretty good job printing the art. I found it easy to upload my file and customize everything. It was very fun. They made it easy to save the design and come back to it as well. The picture on the shirt is the right size and centered, they got the colors right as well as the font, and I am happy about that. My biggest issue with this company is the price ($30 dollars a shirt) and the quality of the shirts themselves. You also can't cancel your order, which makes sense but at the same time that's annoying. They had lots of options, but the shirt I got was cheap, slightly see-through (it's the white that's see-through so I can understand that but come on now), and coming apart in one spot. Luckily I can handsew and I have some tank tops to wear under it but they could do better considering the amount of money they're asking for.
I had a question on how we can improve and the rep helped out with every step and the result was perfect!

Overall, the end product was great as usual. Each year for our camp we order our shirts from custom ink because the quality is great and we always know that we can count on the delivery date being what they tell us, with their "guaranteed delivery." We were quite disappointed this year when our guaranteed delivery date came and went and then in addition, our shirts delivered on two different days. We were never alerted by Custom Ink that it would be arriving late, even though the tracking said,"We take deadlines seriously. If there are any potential delays to your order we will contact you right away." Ultimately, we got our shirts and they were exactly what we wanted, but it made it difficult because camp had already started and we had to make a lot of last minute changes to accommodate.
I love the variety of designs and how easy it was to make my product. I do however wish there was a no minimum option for hats and a zip up hoodie. But otherwise satisfied with my experience.
Best experience ever! The process of creating my t-shirt was easy to understand and didn't take a lot of time. The quality of the material was great. The color (black) was rich and true, and the size was spot on! I am a bit OCD and was concerned that the lettering wouldn't be centered, but it was perfect. So happy with my "Grit" t-shirt! Will be using your services again!
My overall experience was great. These shirts were a surprise for my nieces which I just delivered to them this morning. They were so excited! Glad it turned out as well as it did.
I suprised my Husband with a shirt with his custom logo and he LOVED it because of all the little details that were in there! I love that I saw all the different products that you can put your own logo on. Men, women, kids and accessories. I am definitely coming back to order more stuff from this website and next time, it'll be in bundles!
I originally tried to set up a net 30 agreement with Custom Ink through Dustin. He informed me he would be able to accommodate me so I placed my order. He sent me a I-9 form and I went ahead and filled out the necessary forms with my company's home office and that is before I even received my order. Then about a week later I received an email saying that my order would be delivered on July 17th but was still waiting for my payment to start producing the order. I didn't really pay much attention to that email as I figured things were different because we were on a net 30 agreement. So the 17th passed and I received another email stating that they were still awaiting a payment. So I then called and spoke to Madeline G and explained my confusion and if maybe Dustin himself was confused about what a net 30 actually is. She assured me she would fix it. Madeline had my order rushed out to me immediately. I am very pleased with the swift action she took. I just hope going forward I don't run into this again.
I feel like the emails I received were in a timely manner but never talked to a customer service representative. I feel like you guys don't pay attention to your work and rushing to get it out and and over looked the condition of the shirt
