Customer service was superb. Would definitely use this company again. Much prefer these to the iron on self-made shirts we did before. They cost us a bit more than if we'd done them ourselves, but was worth it is many ways.
Customer service has always been pleasant, and made an effort to assist me with issues. Unfortunately, in every order I have placed (3 total), there has be printing mistakes twice, and product defect once.
Easy ordering process, good quality results. I'll order again. The only negative is that now I'm getting tons of advertising emails from customink, and if they don't slow down soon I'll be forced to block the address.
Customer service can't be beat—they were fabulous about shifting the colors to match my logo. The final products turned out beautifully. A discount code offering would be really wonderful to take edge off high orders (ours was around $270 for 6 t shirts). Thank you!
Previous orders were fine till this last reorder. Sent totally different shirts not tagless, tighter, and one was coming apart at seem. Was never offered refund which is supposedly guaranteed or replacing with correct shirts. I'm going back to vista print.
It was no fault of yours but delivery for just one shirt with a simple design took long to arrive especially when you're not based all way over on the western region of the states but what you gon' do
Honestly, I'm not the person to write reviews on anything however, your customer service has been a bear to get in contact with. After 3 to 4 emails later, I still have gotten no response for a defective product you guys have shipped me. I received my package open already and had many problems wrong with it.
My project was as simple as it could be. One color, front only just lettering. Price was extremely high, processing took longer than expected. Overall quality was good though. Negatives far outweigh the positives. I will not use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
Definitely do not recommend these jamokes. They are very quick to judge and after a 10 minute conversation you can tell they rather be run by china. Also the manager is racist, call her and find out by yourself.
The overall first experience was really good, the website was fairly easy to use and shipment arrived early which is always a great surprise. I only wish the t-shirts we ordered were made of softer material. Since the material is the #1 criteria for any t-shirt, I can't say yet if I would order from Custom Ink again, will have to wait and see (or feel in this case).
Overall, the end product was great as usual. Each year for our camp we order our shirts from custom ink because the quality is great and we always know that we can count on the delivery date being what they tell us, with their "guaranteed delivery." We were quite disappointed this year when our guaranteed delivery date came and went and then in addition, our shirts delivered on two different days. We were never alerted by Custom Ink that it would be arriving late, even though the tracking said,"We take deadlines seriously. If there are any potential delays to your order we will contact you right away." Ultimately, we got our shirts and they were exactly what we wanted, but it made it difficult because camp had already started and we had to make a lot of last minute changes to accommodate.
After rejecting an order and 2 proofs for misalignment, I was nervous about getting this last order- but it came out correctly in proper alignment. I wish I could have dealt with 1 person all the way through. There were 2 or 3 different ones on the phone and a different one on email. I don't like having to explain my concerns each time. It wastes your time and mine.
This was a gift for my brother in a medical facility who I am no allowed to visit because of quarantine. So I don't yet know what the finished product looked like or how the delivery was... but it got there ahead of schedule!
In a day and age when there is so lack of accountability, this company talks the talk and walks the walk. When they say "customer satisfaction" they DO mean it. Kudos to all! Can't wait to do business again.
I purchased shirts in memory of my late cousin, and these shirts were delivered on time and beautiful quality. The designing process was very easy, and their customer service team is there to help. Will certainly use again!
Good quality T-shirt. Very Impressed. Received it within a week. Shirt was larger than what I expected. The dimension of my design looked a little off, but I like Custom Ink T-shirt Design Lab. It gave me control of the creative process. They have a lot of Artwork Categories to choose from, too. It was my first T-shirt design and I'll try it again with Custom Ink. My friends will probably ask what does my T-shirt means, but it was the kind of mood that I was in at the time. "Walk on." There's a story behind this famous quote. Had a problem with reorder on custom shirts and pleasantly surprised that they went above and beyond even doing a product upgrade to correct the issue. It's refreshing to work with a company that still has good customer standards! I highly recommend and will purchase again in the future.
I was blown away by the quick response. Even helped fix my images with new ideas or changes. I loved how you guys followed through on everything. Best service of all time. Tried design hill and they was trash.
I have been a loyal Customink customer for years. My order like all others before was printed exactly as described and arrived early. Customink's customer service is second to none. 10/10 would recommend!
I had a few different custom ink team members help put my order together and they were all great, but particularly the gal who helped me initially really pulled it together. Made it so easy to get just what we were looking for!
