Overall experience was very good, Peggy in customer service was very good helping me get what I wanted without stepping on any copyright toes. My only disappointment was not being able to get the color shirt I wanted without buying 6. The design would have really popped on navy blue.

I wish that you would provide an easy to read cost per unit ordered chart based on the design and the T shirt ordered. Example: 6@ $22.00 12@ $18.50 36@ $16.50 72@ $14.50 144@ $12.50 288@ $11.75 I would buy alot more if there was more transparency on your end... I don't like the idea of punching in my units and then the web site revealing my "special" discount and price. The pricing should be all laid out to the customer in an easy to view format prior to determining how many units the customer may decide to purchase.
Experience was great but My package was never delivered to me. They were doing street construction so the carrier didnt deliver.

I had an excellent overall experience with Custom Ink. This is my 2nd time across several years using them and the website, design tool, design options and customer service are still excellent. When the processing of my order was delayed, I received a phone call to explain the situation and give me an updated timeline.
A cart would be nice so when I order my shirts, and hats, I can just add the items to my shopping cart and checkout

WOW! I had used a competitor company before, who was actually less expensive (also Hanes shirt). I decided to try ya'll instead because I had heard that your printing was better. WOW. I am SO IMPRESSED! I will NEVER use any other company! This was basically just a bit of a joke - there are 5 of us "sheltering in place" in our neighborhood, and our gym loaned out all its equipment (if we kept our memberships active). So we put together a gym in one of our garages, and we clean everything, have times that we use it, etc. I just thought it would be fun to do "gym shirts" for the 5 of us. They were SO well received! I came out a real champ. THANK YOU!

Custom Ink was exceedingly helpful when I called for help placing my order (I wasn't sure how it worked on-line) I was amazed how quickly it was completed and delivered. It was a gift in another city so I haven't seen it, but the recipient was very happy with it. Your products are something that will make great gifts in the future now that I know about them. Oh yes, you are so customer oriented - I originally requested the faster delivery and was willing to pay extra. You told me it would not be a good investment because you can't guarantee the faster delivery in these covid days. So I save the extra charge and it was still delivered 2 days early.

Customer service exceptional and personable. Fast turnaround. Good quality hoodie, graphic and lettering was just what I wanted. Very unfortunately I was advised that the sizes "run small". This is not the case. The M mediums I received in FL today are so big that I double checked the tag, thinking I had been sent 2 Large, in error. I'm really disappointed about that, and wanted you to know that. Otherwise, all good, thank you.
