Turn around time wasn't bad but I did not get updates on the progress of my item on the website or via email. I kept checking the progress and it remained in the first phase until I had to call and was told that it was being shipped that day. No updates.

The customer service rep (or whatever you call them) was very helpful. I appreciated the help he gave and how he seemed so committed to making this an easy process for me.

I was very pleased with my order. I did feel that the sizes, specifically the youth extra small, seem smaller than I expected. Other than that, everything was great.

The customer service was excellent. I had an issue with one of the images being trademarked. The representative offered several solutions to lead to a successful outcome.

My son designed his shirt. I told him they most likely would not do it because it was a name brand design. A lady called and said that exact thing but she did a redesign that was similar and my son loved it and thought it was better. She was super helpful and super friendly.

I believe its a great company. A little pricey and receiving your product after you place an order takes longer than I would like. Thank You and overall, your product is good. I'll let you know how well it does after washing a few times.
