The personnel is wonderful, patient and helpful. However, an emailed "proof" prior to printing and shipping would really be a good idea as I would have changed the picture and made the front font the same darkness.

The biggest concern that I had was that it was very hard to read the black print on the sweatshirts with the gray hoodie. Online while customizing the hoodie, it didn't look nearly that dark.
