I was actually really happy with how the product came out. The letting is bold and I don't think it will flake off. Customer service was very attentive. Also my order came a day earlier than previously stated, even in a pandemic. Overall it was a smooth easy process.

You have an outstanding staff. You send too many emails. There was confusion generated by so many emails including a delayed receipt of product. All is well now.

It is not realistic to expect perfection every time from service providers but I have become spoiled by the ease of ordering, accurate turnaround time, outstanding product and presentation of the prints provided by Custom Ink. Nothing makes me happier than complaining about a poor experience but I am forced to admit when the service and products are stellar.

This is the second time I've ordered custom T-shirts from you. I both cases, the artwork was exactly as I asked it to be, and the customer service has always been very good. And the shirts were delivered promptly. Now if only the light steel shirt fit properly.

Everything about my first experience with you guys was perfect. The design looked just right and was even tweaked to fix a mistake I made to make it look better than I had originally made it. Everything got here on time and was arranged neatly in the box.
