Our company hit some milestones this year, so we decided to celebrate by ordering some jacked with company logos. Not only did the order miss the first guaranteed deadline, the logos on the jacket were also crooked. I am hoping that they can resolve this for us. I will update when that happens.
Horrific Customer Service. I simply wanted to order a shirt for my dying father's birthday. The site only allows up to 5mb for artwork, but has a click here link if you have a larger file size. So I did. The customer service agent finally reached out to me 3 days later, and in over a week of going back & forth, he could never help me. I went with another company, and uploading my artwork was a breeze. I DO NOT recommend Customink.
If I could I would give them a negative 5 stars for unethical, Fraudulent business practice. Shows quality items (maybe photoshop) but the actual product is cheaply made, not wearable. Charge $30 for a 50 cents product. Do not fall for their fake reviews!
This product sucks. I wanted to make a carhartt becanie but it did not work. So hard to use. Must be more straight forward.

For the price of the shirt I ordered, I expected perfection. My design was printed ok, but all around the design, shirt was discolored, I assume from the transfer paper. Also was a small hole in front/bottom of shirt. This all makes me hesitant to use Custom Ink again.
We had decided to work with custom ink based on a referral from someone we know.
We got our first order, it was completely wrong, like they were two lazy to add one additional color to our simple design. They also sent us a package of someone else's order. A completely different order as well as sent part of our order to that person. They tried to work with us, we then got a set of new packages today and the orders are atrocious. The stitching on our embroidery looked like a five year old did it.
It was blue stitching and underneath are white stitchings coming out of it. I don't even know how this would be sent out. You can clearly see how awful it looks. I'm never using custom ink again and if they don't issue me my refund, there will be consequences. I have been extremely understanding but this has became absolutely unacceptable. We spent over $2,000 for these products. Backpacks, incorrect stitching, Pens with the logo barely even visible, shirts with the worst stitching I've ever seen.
Also we were supposed to get 9 shirts in 3 colors, they decided to send 9 shirts in 1 color
We just received our embroidery order from Custom Ink and we are very happy with them! I have been in contact with the company for about 2 months because we ordered 3 different samples of different shirts until we found the right fit. Communication was so simple every time! I love that their online chat actually uses a REAL person and you are able to place your order trough the chat if you do not want to call. Also if you call or chat, you can basically customize your shirts however you want! We opted for our company logo on the left chest and each employee's name on the right sleeve.
I specifically placed my order through Emily Wilburn and she was great! There was one minor mistake when she sent me the purchase link (forgot to include one shirt) and she very quickly adjusted our order before I purchased.
Once purchased I was sent an email a few days later with proofs for our approval. Between the date I purchased, date I approved the proofs, and date our order arrived at my door it took about 3 weeks, which I think is a good time for a custom embroidery order! We had a total of 51 polos in our order. We got the Nike Dry Essential Polo. I saw some reviews saying that they did not like the shirt quality, but keep in mind that the shirts are not made by Custom Ink, they are from different retailers. I recommend purchasing samples (our samples came NEXT DAY with free shipping to Ohio which was amazing).
Overall it was a great experience using Custom Ink, and I included a photo of one of the proofs (I don't have any photos of the actual shirts on my computer). Great company, easy to work with!
Had 6 racer back shirts printed for myself and friends and although the design looked great the shirts material was so flimsy We won't be able to wear our shirts. Very expensive mistake.
All i wanted is a colorful print saying
Take back the Rainbow
But it was seen as offensive,
They would not print it.
So are they liberals? Don't know.
But if they were Christian they would have printed it. Because why?

I was so excited about ordering two womenswear's tee shirts for my friend and I. What I received looked to me like mens white v-neck tee shirt. Nothing like the ones I picked on the web page. Paid $30 each for them. Will never order from them again.
My order did not come on time, I wanted to return, customer services told me NO I cannot return, needed to go to group organizer, but I never paid group organizer, I paid directly to custom ink web site, with my own credit card, now the hanging on me when call, and when finally, someone answered, I was told the company will not refund any money. Why is company what to take money from people in the worst conditions. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.
I was supposed to use this website for a school project. So I decided to make an outfit for a character I created. I designed every aspect of the outfit but wasn't given the shoe option. This seems like an important creative feature. They had bags but not shoes?
Anyway good website but seriously where's the shoes?
Custom Inks customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced in an online purchase. They spent two weeks with me emailing back and forth to make sure I got the T-shirts that I wanted!
Previous orders were fine till this last reorder. Sent totally different shirts not tagless, tighter, and one was coming apart at seem. Was never offered refund which is supposedly guaranteed or replacing with correct shirts. I'm going back to vista print.
I made a T-Shirt I was so happy with and ready to purchase. When I submitted my payment, I got a notification that said "my card did not go through". I decided to take a second payment and got the same result. I suddenly got two notifications on my phone that I was charged. I reached out to custom Ink and they said my card would not be charged after the pending process. I then took payment a third time and got the same outcome. My card was working for all other businesses that day other than Custom Ink and I guess my only outcome is to call my bank and figure it out. Just seems like to much work for a first time customer. I probably won't attempt an order again with them. 2 stars because Emily was very helpful and patient with my frustration. She rocks. Just a bad business model.
Had a problem with reorder on custom shirts and pleasantly surprised that they went above and beyond even doing a product upgrade to correct the issue. It's refreshing to work with a company that still has good customer standards! I highly recommend and will purchase again in the future.
So, I don't usually write reviews and I also have not gotten my shirts yet so possibly take my review about anything other than the customer service with a grain of salt. I ran into a problem with a logo on my shirt being copyrighted and thus the delivery date was pushed back since the company needed to approve it; however, I called Custom Ink on two separate occasions and their staff was extremely helpful and courteous. One of them even found my email address and emailed me directly after figuring out the problem directly! I cannot stress enough how amazing the people are there! Although I do not have my shirts yet, I am confident that they will look amazing! I will be going to Custom Ink for my tee shirt orders going forward.
They are terrible. Quality is lack luster, pricing is why to high, customer services sucks, and their rules and regulations are biased and made up. They don't follow set legal parameters for fair uses of images. Do yourself a favor and use printful or tee spring
I first ordered from Customink in 2020 to surprise my hubby with a business shirt with his logo on it! It was the ONLY custom t-shirt company that I found the particular tool graphics I needed (he's a builder).
As there's no option to erase or hide certain lines in the editing section, I sent notes along with the order to adjust from their end to hide the tool handles behind the anvil and it came EXACTLY as I had requested!
Fast forward to Dec 2021, he has worn the shirt to death! So, being confident in Customink, we ordered 5 this time! ($205 Aud) It took 5 weeks to arrive (pretty good in the midst of a pandemic and in the time frame the company said). Unfortunately this time, my notes were overlooked and the design still had the tool handles in the final design. We were both disappointed after 5 weeks of anticipation and I asked him not to wear them before I got in contact with the company, thinking I'd be given the 'runaround' to pay for shipping and send the order back to fix the error (knowing these custom shirts would just be tossed).
I emailed our problem and Gracie was super quick to reply and exceed my expectations! She let me know a replacement order was already in the system ready to ship and on top of that, gave us a $25 voucher to use next time for the inconvenience! It was such a breath of fresh air to have a company help the way Customink does! *******% recommend this company and I'm excited for our next order with them!
I received my hoodie from Custome Ink that I paid over $70 because the ink in the proof looked super bright. Whwn I received it the ink was not as bright as I expected. (Compared to Vistaprint see comparison photo). I Accepted the brightness issue. The BIG ISSUE. After one cold water wash and low heat easy care drying the imageshave already faded and cracked. I have a shirt from Vista print that I have washe the same way 4 times and it still looks much better than the Custom Ink Hoodie. I could have gotten the exact same hoddie for over $30 less. I am sick about it!
