Lovely dress, but it doesn't fit correctly. I will probably return it.
I ordered two dresses. One fit great and the other was a bit tight, even though it was the larger of the two. Quality of the fabric was good.
The service at Curved Dream was incredible. I had to return 2 items and they were accepted immediately and my money reeturned.
I'm having a frustrating time trying to return my top for a refund. It's taking forever waiting for info how to do it!

I ordered 4 jackets for my bridesmaids on the 30th August. They never arrived and every email bounced back
After received pants which were too. Small, then learned via email that they could not be returned without considerable cost and no exchanges sllowed
The dress was as advertised, soft and wonderfully built, and was delivered quickly.
There are several issues - the item took very long to arrive and, when it did, I was quite disappointed. The item was NOT what was portrayed in the ad, both in quality and in size. I am actually unable to use the item. I requested a refund, received two different offers to keep the top, and settled on the second one. Honestly, it would have cost just as much for me to pay the original shipping and return shipping. I am now waiting to see if the partial refund I was offered will be credited in a timely manner.
Great service for the prices and I will be doing all my shopping from them
The dresses and top did not "give" any. Were tight across the stomach and the sheer jacket arms were very tight. Beautiful design and colors. Just did not fit.
I could not wear any of the 6 tops I bought from you. They were all way too small. At least 2 sizes too small, maybe 3 sizes too small. I had to give them all away. Live and learn.
Very easy to use. Your company has great choices. The dress I ordered came very quick. I was surprised how fast I got it. Although it was too small for me, it was a great experience. Thank you

The quality of the products was inferior. The return policy indicates poor customer satisfaction. Because I could not include the plastic wrappers of two of my items, a refund was denied. I was offered $35.00 for the inability to include the wrappers rather than a refund for the return of the three unacceptable items. Poor business - I'll never use this business again.

I had to return a dress and your customer agents were so helpful with my return and my reorder.
As i stated above, the first dress i ordered i did not receive a confirmation of the order. I waited until the next day and nothing so I reordered the dress. Then I received two of the same thing. I don't understand why the armholes in all these items that are for large people don't fit large arms.

I didn't like the material the dress was made of and asked for a return label but didn't receive it after more than a week. Also received an order which I didn't make, the size I received was size small and I wear medium. I would like to return it also.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
