Ordered 2 of the same dress in different sizes. One size fit nicely. Wanted to return the additional dress. Received the return policy information. Sent information to address to have recipient refuse shipment for return. I paid money for a return that they denied receiving.

I was looking forward to getting the slacks, but I am very disappointed in the quality of material. Your return process is unacceptable. I couldn't get past the page that said I had to spend a $1.00 to get to the return form.

Poor Quality Item

I purchased a dress to wear to a wedding. The only confirmation I received was immediatly after I placed the order, no notice it was shipped etc. I finally received the package and by the size of the package suspected that this dress was not going to look like the picture when I ordered it. I opened it, it looked like a cheap nightgown made of poorly printed material, definitely not fit for wedding attire! I immediately repackaged it and contacted customer service to request a refund. I was told that I have to pay shipping both ways and will only get 22.00 back out of almost 66.00. I paid less than 8.50 for shipping with tracking? I deserve to get at least 55.00 back. I will wait to see what I actually get back and will be posting further reviews on media sites and with the BBB so others won't get scammed too.

Poor quality material

In the picture when I ordered, a model was wearing the dress/coat, and the product was smooth and looked as if it was flowing.
That was art work. The actual dress would never look like that even after intense ironing because of the cheap material. The dress was cheap T shirt material and the matching-same-length-as-the-dress coat was toliet paper thin.

My experience was unacceptable. I lost my money. How can you send items for a small child when I wear 1X and I send a much larger size which was 3X hopping it would fit. Your company took advantage of me I gave all items to the kid next door.
