I was not happy with the length of time for delivery. I did not feel that it looked like the picture that was displayed. I had checked the recommended size chart and it ran way smaller that the chart size. The return policy is way more complicated that it should be. I have still not received the return address that I requested!

Order came quicker than expected

Shipping was quicker than expected. I didn't realize the sleeves had the ruffles at the bottom of the arms. It doesn't show that in the picture. I would have liked it more if the sleeves didn't have the ruffles on them.

Order arrived in timely fashion. Style is not what I had in mind. Cheap material. Equal to cheap clothing you can buy at Amazon. Wish I would have read return policy. You have to pay for returns. I won't return it due to cost nor will I wear it. It will go in the next yard sale. Very disappointed in quality.

Bait and Switch

I ordered 3 swim sets in order to reach the promotion to get free shipping(purchase over 79$) and to receive the 10% discount on my purchase. The order invoice showed my 3 items with a total cost of ~95$ which reflected free shipping and the 10% discount. I entered my credit card information. Then I received the tracking email that only showed 2 suits…. My credit card was charged ~90$ since the altered purchase no longer qualified for the free shipping and discount! This was not what I agreed to! I have talked with the company via email and they say the item is back ordered with an unknown timeframe. I do not know if they will fulfill the order and only charge the ~5$ difference that I had agreed to pay for the 3 items. They have not let me know if they will honor the original total so the outcome is unknown.With all the computer technology, they should have let me know that the 3rd item was not available at the time of purchase so I could have adjusted my order at the time.
