Just very confusing to see my order is processing when in actuality it's on hold because you're missing something and yet you don't let me know. Communication could improve.
I patiently waited for the 10 days I was told that it would take to receive a dress that I ordered for a wedding. As the wedding got closer and I hadn't received an email with shipping info, I began to investigate. My account showed that it was waiting for payment confirmation even though I was billed on the day I ordered. I finally emailed CurveDream and was told the dress was backordered and it would not be back in stock before the wedding I ordered it for. They offered other dresses that were not similar at all as an option or I could cancel my order. I will say that once I said to cancel the order, I received my refund almost immediately. I would have preferred to be told that it was out if stock immediately.

I sent an email inquiring about returns - no response. One place i found a 30 day return window - in another it said 7 days. Since I got no reponse - my 7 days is up. Also states must be in original bag, unused condition and with tags. The item I received had NO TAGS!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
