I loved the selections on this site and was excited to give them a try. I ordered 2 top and pants sets. Neither of the tops was as shown in the photos. Very disappointing.
Pretty tops! I hope all goes well. Now that I have to return one, we'll see how the process goes. This will tell me if I want to order from them again or not.
I was quite nervous as I did not realize until after I had placed the order that it would be shipping internationally. But I received the item on time, as promised with no issues.
I ordered a product on 4/15 and I have not received it yet. However my credit card has been debited for the purchase.
Placed an order on February 14 2024. As of this state, I still have not received my order in spite of receiving a an email a few days ago asking about my about my experience.

Very obliging but when I received my new order which was supposed to be two sizes bigger, only one of the items was bigger and the other one being a 4X large was not bigger than the 2X large and I have not heard back from them since I emailed my complaint on 5 November. Overall, I have only got one wearable top out of the three that I ordered.
Loved the look; however too tight in bust.
Wanted to give it to a friend but it was too tight for her in same area.
Shirt sizing is misleading. I ordered a Large and it is about 1-2 sizes under that. The material was thinner than material you find in a slip. Very disappointed and am sending it back for a refund.
I ordered 4 pairs of leggings, I received a tracking number, my order came on time. I love all of my leggings. The fabric is really nice and they all fit great.

Now I know the size to order I will order more as I don't have much success with my local shops on attractive tops. I'm going to look at buying slacks so hope I size up correctly.
I like both of these sweaters. I should have ordered a large in the cardigan but it will look fine a little small. It did take 20 days to get my order but it was correct when I got it.
I read a code at the beginning of the ad, and I forgot it when I ordered. If I qualify for a discount, why don't you just give it to me? It would really make this 'mature ' woman happy ‼

It looks a lot longer in the product photo and the product description says nothing about the fact that it must be hand washed and line dried. Not happy with this purchase.

I have a good experience with your products
The products are pretty good. I love the graffiti pants. The grey top - bit thin and see through. The leggings, a bit long, but they will be fine for winter.
Your return policy is too complicated and as I said previously, your models must be a size 3 and wearing an XL. The items always look better on your models.
I didn't receive a confirmation email or shipping information, but the two dresses I ordered did arrive in a few weeks. Overall, the experience was okay.
Received wrong product for the Floral Print with pockets casual pants. Ones received were beige background with branches and leaves. I really would like the ones pictured in your email.
Overall experience with ordering and receiving item was good. Now, I need to figure out how to return it and am having difficulty finding instructions on how to do so.
