Sizing is smaller than anticipated. It fits, but not well. If it didn't cost so much, I would return it. So, not overly happy with the product and won't order again

Slow delivery times. The clothes have odd sizing. Generally run too small.
Honey, every time I wear this cardigan I get so many compliments. I am so glad I bought it. I didn't even realize it had no buttons. Who cares, I love this cardigan.
This doesn't fit, so I ordered it in the largest size you have, and I'm waiting for that. In the meantime, I have contacted curve dream and heard no response on how to do the return.
Items arrived in a relatively timely manner considering they were coming from China. Each product was just a bit off from expectations, not worth returning, but not worth ordering again.
The pictures online make the clothing look a lot better than the actual items received. The actual items are cheap looking. I wish they had used finer materials. I wasted my money on this order.
I was expecting more quality for the price. Cheap thin scratchy material. Says it's cotton but it's not cotton.

It took over 3 weeks for my package to arrive. I noticed that there was 3 packaging labels on it so I'm assuming it probably went to three different destinations before arriving to me.
I did not realize shipping would take so very long. Also, the shirt's colors were blue and purple online but in reality, they are blue and red.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I want to start off by saying I have never written a review before but I'm pretty mad. I purchased 2 pairs of the Plain with Pocket Sash Holiday Shorts on April 11th. I was expecting the shorts to be like sweats but they weren't. I recieved them on April 22 and sent an email on the 23 requesting a refund. I got a reply on April 27 asking me questions about why I didn't like them and they would give me 12 dollars back if I would just keep them. In that email there was no return address and where to send to send the shorts back. I emailed back the same day and declined the 12 dollar offer and asked for a refund. I have yet to hear from Curve Dream. There is a disclaimer that it takes about 3 days to get a response back. I'm very disappointed. I would do 0 stars if I could but that is not an option. I hope Curve Dream gets back to me before the 11th so I can send the shorts back and get a refund.

Planning on returning item as soon as I find out how. The dress did not meet the criteria for the wedding I will be in, once I saw it in person.

Received order in a timely manner & great quick resolve with customer service with an item that was unavailable.
When I told them I wanted to return the item, they emailed me not to email it to the address on the return envelope but did not tell me where to send it. Offered me a pittance credit. Money wasted.
It took 18 days for the order to arrive and it is a bit lighter in weight than I thought it would be. ButI do like its funkiness look.

These are not sweatshirts! I would give 5 negative stars for this merchandise if it was available. These are plain and simply poor quality shirts! I will not ever buy from this site again.
They kept sending me items I didn't order, plus I was never able to return anything. When I did receive what I ordered, they still don't fit me. They're useless. A waste of money.
Customer service was terrible. The return process is extremely confusing. My order cost me $35 more then the original order because you don't provide free returns like Amazon does. I'm never using this website again.
I thought I had paid for expedited shipping. My postman said it was sent regular mail. Would like my money back for this and a way to send the dress back and be reimbursed.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
