Ordered 3xl and they are not true sizes - maybe in a youth size but not women's. Now I have 3 pretty shirts that I can't wear and no way to return them! Would appreciate a size chart with US equivalent sizes, thx.

I emailed many times. No response. Finally I got an email asking why I wanted to return.
No label for return was provided. I was told I could keep the items for $23 or return on my expense. No label provided.
I hope I get my refund.
The three items I received were nice and I was satisfied with their quality. However, all three were a size XL. One fit fine, one is too large and one is too small. The one that fit and the one that is too small are identical tops except for the print and color.
The quality was not great, but the price is reflective of that. The sizing is way off. The small is way too big and I always wear a small. The dress is actually two dresses, the white underneath is a separate dress.
My package was delivered to the wrong address. I spent some time trying to retrieve it from the postal service. I reached out to CurveDream customer service and they were so helpful. They really worked with me!

I placed an order several weeks ago - I was charged for the order and received an email about it. That is the last I have heard from this company. They had a link to their site in the email - I went into the site - I could see my order - everything said it was pending. I couldn't go in to the order to see what was happening - was it being sent? Was it being prepared? I have no idea what is going on. So far, I have not received my order or any communication about it. I am about ready to contact my credit card company and start a dispute to get my money back.

Not as pictured or as described. These are thick bonded material, not the lightweight cotton in the photos. Plus they were supposed to be striped and they were solids. The inseam is longer than described as well. I will not order from Curve dream again.

Website was easy to use. Shipping experience OK - did arrive within the 15 business days. I received an email indicating item was shipped on November 13, but the tracking number kept indicating the item was not in they system. I wasn't sure what was going on - thought I would receive the item earlier. I believe I received it around November 28.
I believe you did false advertising, these clothes looked nothing like what you pictured the quality is awful and I will never wear them or order from you again.

I want to return items of order 4/13/2023 I have been trying to get in touch with you for days. Products are not made of material I thought and also too small. I am 80 yr. Sizes were not correct. Materials were not what was written in the details. And the tags that were attached were placed like a child attached them. I was so very excited+++ to make my purchase, but once I received my items I was sad! This shouldn't be the way you treat the customer.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
