I ordered a Christmas sweater and received a screen printed rash guard... And I ordered a dress and received a see-through dress. Shipping took a really long time and the products are crap and now I have to send them back.
After sending an email telling them how disappointed I was, they responded a few days later telling me they would give me a $10 credit or full gift card credit towards something else but the workmanship was so bad, I wouldn't order anything else from them.
At the begging I didn't know about this company and I was a little worried if the order will come in time, but it did and I was very pleased. To order was very simple and the clothes was exactly I was expected.
Plenty of choices. I hope I am happy with the product. I am disappointed with the time it takes to get any information about the purchase. I doubt I will order anything again.
Don't like that you only take Paypal but it let me enter a card without using my Paypal account so it wasn't too bad. The only other problem... I want it ALL and have to settle for 2 or 3 things at a time! :) Also VERY Not happy that return/exchange was my cost. The shirt didn't fit so for the cost of shipping and a small handling fee they would exchange. The small handling fee and shipping was only a couple dolars less that paying the whole thing. I will not buy from this company again. I love there product but very dissatisfied with their return policies... The only choice is to buy online and I can't try that on... so when it doesn't fit and it costs me double to get one that does... Not a good plan. Not worth it to me.
I am doing this because I NEED this blouse for a wedding... but I am telling you, this is WAY TO EXPENSIVE. I already paid 23 + shipping the first time now I am paying another $22! I will NEVER purchase from you again... this is not reasonable. We have to order without trying things on as you are only online, and then to charge us this much for something that doesn't fit. Makes it impossible to buy online regularly, way to risky and costly. I will shop places who understand that and make it possible to return things in a more acceptable manner. Such a shame, I have over $20 items in my favorites basket that I had intended to buy but I will not be doing that now. I can't afford your policies. :(

The ordering process is easy and the item arrived on time. However, if the descriptions were more complete or accurate I would have known that the pants I ordered fabric was sheer and I would not have ordered the item.
I would suggest that you order from these people. The clothes are great material. They feel wonderfully and they look awesome on people. I love my clothes love them. I will be ordering more. Feel great I love these clothes
It took a long time to get the merchandise. It was expensive. The shirt is not the size I expected. The tag on the shirt says it is the right size, but it fits like it is 3 sizes smaller. Very poor quality on the coat. Holes in the pockets, very thin material.
I want to return the merchandise, but they don't send the return information. I have everything in the bags they were shipped in, but they won't provide the address to return to. They offered me $27 rather than refunding my money!
I love them but I ordered a medium and they are more like a large. I would exchange but don't have time we are leaving for vacation. They would look real good if they fit. I would give a 5 star if they fit
It took quite a while to received my items and when I did, the overall quality of the clothes was disappointing. Very cheaply made, they don't use quality fabrics and the clothes do not run true to size. I am normally a 1x, but I like my clothes oversized so I ordered a 3x, and the clothes still did not fit at all! They have a complicated return policy and it's almost impossible to get a refund or return the items. It was an overall disappointment experience and I would not order from this company again.
This is as cute in person as it is in the picture, but it is thin material and is more like a sweater than a coat. The coat came in good time and in good condition, so I would shop with this company again.
I thought this order was cancelled. The order was placed on 1/18/24. I just received after 3wks. I called my credit card & was charged $74.95. I want to return due to Poor Quality. I am unhappy with the look & fabric it was made with. Please tell me how I can return the items to get a refund.
You didn't send no invoice or any way to contact you I needed to return the tops because they were all to small. They ran very small to size but I had no way to return them or no return address. I was disappointed in that.
The hardest part was choosing what I wanted. I have need new togs in way too long and the thought of shopping instore was the reason I hadn't done it. I took a chance on the fit and quality and am very impressed with my purchase
The photo of the dress I ordered and the actual dress received do not seem to be the same. I thought I ordered a classy ethnic dress and received what I would call a nightshirt with the embellishment printed on the material. Dress took several weeks to arrive from Guangzhou, Guangdong.
The overall experience was good but the quality of the sweater was not as it appeared or as i anticipated. The coloration is not the same pattern and it is thin. I bought the to wear for family photos and was coordinating colors and this was not as pictured.
This site was very informative as far ad choosing size, it has measurements for a good fit, spot on for sizes. Each item has a good description of the clothes. My only negative was that I wasn't notified that my order was received until it was ready to ship, other than that my experience with this company was good
Top is very nice! But even though I used the size guide, it is just too small so I must return it. Shipping and tracking of my order was frustrating. There is literally no information in the way of tracking and it took 19 days to arrive. I had purchased the top for a specific occasion and it arrived 3 days after the event. So even if it hadn't been too small, it was too late. However, I would have kept it if it fit because I really did like the top!
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
