I have been waiting to recieve a return label and never received it yet,probably will not order from here again,I have to wait days before anyone gets back with me,other companies give a return label right away you try to make me settle for $11.00 and I want to return it!
Have not received my order, I have a feeling it is lost and no one is doing anything about it. It's been a month and they took my money along time ago but no product yet. Now you want to know what I think of your products and I have nothing, I guess I have to go Facebook and start complaining. Very sadand angry
I used your size chart when ordering. The product was ridiculously smaller. I noted product made in China. They need to make product equate with US standard size chart. I won't be ordering from company again.
While the product is described as a sweatshirt, it is not the usual fairly heavy cotton with "fluff" on the inside. It is made with nylon-type material, but does have sweatshirt type cuffs and bottom hem.
I'm waiting for the refund.
I asked for an exchange but they offered me to keep the items and accept partial refund instead of paying return shipping etc.
I don't appreciate this buisness practice
I will not order again
And if I don't get refund I will dispute charge on my credit card.
My complaint is that I have not received this order at all. My issue with your company! Is as follows: you didn't acknowledge my order and start the process immediately, I had to contact you what was going on with it. Then I was advised that you couldn't supply certain items, in fact it was the main item I wanted which was showing in stock when I placed the order
I ordered 4tops on Jan 12. I never received any of them- could not get hold of anyone nor could I get into my account. Every time I tried it said it was unavailable & they were working on it. Or invalid email address- there was no customer service!
This product was so disappointing. The fabric, where does that kind of cheap rough fabric come from?
Why do you not include in the package paperwork that tells how to return? The outside of the package is marked "No return service"... what kind of company does this?
Poor quality product, poor customer service and they are refusing to provide me with an address to which I may return these cheap products. They have offered to give me $18(!) to keep these clothes I will never wear and for which I paid $75.65(!)...
Easy, quick checkout, but that is the way it is when online companies want your money quickly. I was interested in purchasing more products, but need to see the quality of the clothes first and how a return experience goes...
Very disappointed in their customer service regarding returns. I have sent 4 emails to try to get a return authorization and address to send items that do not fit. They sent an initial response offering $15 to keep these items with steps to return them without disclosing a return authorization and address to send them.
I have contacted this company 3 times to return my items and they have asked twice what the issue was with the clothes. I have stated twice that they are.too small and I want to return them. I spent way too much on this order to not have any of them fit.
The ordered clothes look nothing like the advertisement photo and the material is awful.
Returning the items was troublesome, even though I did return the clothes and have not been reimbursed

I was a little wary that these products would not be good quality or would actually come from China. But I'm really pleased with the quality and they arrived in a normal timeframe (meaning they weren't shipped from China!)
First order and I was afraid it was another facebook scam. But recieved a refund for the one top I had ordered that was out of stock. Seemed the order took a while to get here but everything else was received and I like everyone of my tops. People say sizes run very small - NOT true with my order! All sizes were ordered medium - a couple tops were more a large then a medium but not to bad. Love them all!
I ordered three tops and a pair of capris. Upon arrival the colors were not at all comparable to what was displayed online and quality of material awful. There is no phone number to call, only an email to request a return address. *******@curvedream.com

Disappointed that it's made out of that cheap slinky material went on the Internet it looked like it might've been like a sweatshirt or something don't like the shirt won't order anything in that slinky material ever again
I sent an email in reference to returning one item and exchange the others. No response and no phone number to speak with someone. I would also like to order more items. But not until this order is cirrected.
The dress doesn't look like the picture at all. So I am trying to return it.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
