I wrote to find out where my order was. To my surprise I received an email stating that the item I ordered was out of stock and would take days to restock. How does a company not know their stock! I have asked for a refund. So disappointed
Paid $60 for my order they won't refund the whole amount just $25?! The quality is cheap and not worth the cost. They are Chinese knock offs

I bought two pairs of the same jean, same size, separate purchases. One pair was far smaller than the other. I actually took a chance and purchased a third pair, but went up one size, just to make sure they would fit. They too were too small.
The return is a bit painful, you have to pay for the shipping return yourself. You also don't get the refund unless you supply the actual tracking number to them via email.
Some of their stuff is really cute, but you throw the dice with what you are going to get when it comes to sizing. Quality control really needs to be improved.
These jeans are so comfortable that I am going to buy more! They took awhile to get here but it was worth the wait. Thank you!

I ordered over $100.00 of clothes. I was not able to wear even one. The clothes ran extremely small, and the material was cheap. The clothes did not look anything like the pictures. It is a scam site. The positive reviews on line are definitely fake.

I will need to return the dresses. The pictures did match the dress although the material was not what I expected and the sizing is completely not the advertised. They are very pretty but stitching is very minimal and simple.
Receive my order, the shirts look great. One was a medium which was the correct size. One was A 2XL have not had any luck in getting it to be exchange-No response
Dresses were lovely, but all were too small. It would help to provide sizes as compared to other manufacturers

I usually wear a size 8 pants and ordered a medium sized jean and they were too tight in the waist. But I emailed customer service and they got back to me in a couple of days with options to return or exchange.
I have not received it! I can't give a good review on something I have not even received after getting an email saying it was delivered! It has still not come after 48 hours! Please send it or give me a refund to my account! You took the mo eh out and I have not received my dress that was ordered!

I was worry about the quality and size, but is fine, for the price is ok, and arrived on time
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
