Dis satisfied customer

I ordered 2 dresses on 6/18/25 and paid expedited shipping charges for 5-7 day service. I received them 7/8/25. They do not fit. Made in china and runs small so they are too small. I would like to return them but there is nothing in the package that instructs returns. Please send a return shipping label so I can return them

I was glad to find that the pants/shorts I got are a thin cotton. I was hoping for some clothes to wear in the hot weather.
The elastic waistbands are more heavy duty than I think they need to be. I may even remove them and use just the drawstring.
Overall a good shopping experience as far as online shopping goes. No need to return.

I needed to return 2 items one for size and one as it didn't feel or look like picture…return procedures were cumbersome and made the experience less than acceptable i have had to make contact 2 times already and i still dont have the info needed to return item nor assurances my money will be returned to my credit card

Horrible. Jacket does not fit, has no size label inside and says medium on a sticker attached to the bag. On measuring the jacket it does not match Americano standards for medium and I have submitted for a refund and where to send back. You made up offer to refund a third of the price which I declined and await directions for address to return.

The description of size was miss leading and the fabric listed was too. I was set to return them when they offered me a 50% refund and keep the clothes. I took the refund and I'm donating the items to my women's shelter.

I did not receive my whole order and customer service seems nonexistent. I have sent emails and gotten no response. I find it very interesting that they were reachable while they were taking my money. One sweater itches likes crazy and I need to return it.

Curved dream order experience

I am very disappointed in the length of time it took to receive my items. I even paid the extra money to expedite the shipping which was supposed to have been here on June 27 but did not show up until July 5th or 6th. In an email I requested that I be reimbursed the expedition pay but my request was ignored. I will not order anything else in the future from curve dream. I am very disappointed with their service. I feel curve dream needs to make this right.
