Never received my order

I placed my order May 3rd and still haven't received my order. I have been in contact with CurveDream for two weeks requesting a refund and all I get from them every other day is "be patient, your order is on its way." It is now May 25th and no order.

And the tracking service never works properly. All it says is a shipping label has been created.

NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered 2 pairs of pants from a FB add that looked super cute in the pictures. What arrived wasn't even the same style at all. The pants were a completely different shape and did not look at all like the pictures. The colors were different than advertised as well. The material was SO cheap...not what was advertised as well. I didn't even try them on to see if they would fit because I never would have ordered what was delivered and could tell by the feel of the material it was nothing I would ever wear. I immediately emailed for a return label. Took 3 emails before I got an address. They wouldn't pay for shipping...I had to ship with someone that would give me a tracking number and it had to be done within 5 days of the request. The address didn't even look like it was legit. In all of the emails that went back and forth they kept offering me small amounts of money as a "refund". I finally took their final offer which ended up being the price of one of the pairs of pants and they didn't require me to ship back the pants. After reading several reviews after I received the pants...I guess I should count myself lucky that I got anything at all as most people have had issues even getting the company to respond. I would definitely say NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their stuff is JUNK! And returning is too much of a pain if you can even get them to respond to you at all. SHADY COMPANY! All of their pictures are false!

I will need to return the dresses. The pictures did match the dress although the material was not what I expected and the sizing is completely not the advertised. They are very pretty but stitching is very minimal and simple.

I ordered a dress and the dress took longer to arrive, it came the day before my event. I had already purchased a "back-up" dress. When I opened the dress I was very pleased with the quality however it did not fit. I emailed as per the instructions for return and I did receive a response several days later offering me a $12 credit it I wanted to keep the dress but no information as to what address to return the dress to. I have sent several additional emails asking for the return address but have not had a response. There is no contact phone number. They only give 30 days for a return and it may run out due to their lack of response. This is the problem when dealing with certain retailers found on social media.

The reason for returning is that the dresses were not as beautiful and classy-looking as they appeared on the website and in the review pictures. The material is thin, and the print is faded. The jacket does not fit over my shoulders, as shown by one of the models in the review pictures. I emailed *******@curvedream.com for a return authorization several days ago but have not received a response.
