Purchased the beautiful rainbow striped dress. Colors are very vibrant and I was so excited. Attempted to try it on and couldn't even get my arms in it no pull it up. This is women's sz 10 or so at best! Definitely not a curvy XL or XXL. I've sent an email to set up a refund and haven't heard anything back

It took 3 weeks for the order to be received. The size 2x was closer to a large, if that big. I was looking forward to wearing the dress. The skirt fit fine, but the top waist would not fit over my shoulders. I will not buy from them again.

I need a refund.

The clothes I purchased were made of flimsy, inferior fabric. They were all too small. I want to return them. Y ou refuse to give me a refund code in spite of my repeated requests. I feel like I have been scammed.

After waiting for weeks, It was very upsetting and disappointing when I opened the package containing the sweater I ordered. Your pictures are soooooo deceiving. The sweater in the picture looks 3 dimensional and almost hand made. The actual sweater, flat and dull and looks like a silk screen.

The fit of the clothing is very strange. Narrow in the hips and baggy in the thighs. The measurements do not match the 'size chart' listed on the website. Quality seems ok. The shirt I chose was very thin (I will have to wear a tank under it) but the pants are a thicker material than what I was expecting. Customer service was very slow also. I requested an exchange and it took them 2 days to get back to me (for each correspondence). I was then offered a refund of $7, or I could pay to send the pants back for a refund, or I could pay to send the pants back for an exchange (paying for shipping both ways), or I could keep the pants that don't fit and pay $7 plus shipping for a different size. No great options there.

Size Charts not accurate

I finally got my blouse ordered on June 1st today, June 21st. I followed the size chart for XXL which represented size 18 to 20, and the blouse is way too small. Shipping took forever and then the garment measurements don't even match the size chart. I will be requesting a refund.

1. I had to pay to send back
2.Then I would only get 30% back for the Item
3. So I lost all the way around 4. Thanks for the give card but I am a 2xl and I am back in the same situation.
5. I will look for something or let some- one smaller than me and let them use my gift card

Sized completely wrong

The online description of the pants stated to order your usual size. I ordered a size L in pants that were supposed to have a relaxed fit and they were ridiculously tight. I ended up giving them to my petite size 4 niece and they fit her nicely. I'm very disappointed as I was really looking forward to having a nice summer weight pair of pants.
