Terrible return issues

When I first responded to the return email showing my options for the return, I chose the option to have them give me $22 refund Because by time I paid the shipping they paid to get it to me and the shipping back I would practically get nothing anyway. So after I decided to accept the $22 I Emailed thread back to them saying I had made a decision and I did it 6 times and It just kept coming back to me saying they could not return the mail, After a few very frustrating attempts, I gave up! Obviously I won't be purchasing anything from them in the future.

Lots of good choices. It's impossible to zoom in to see fabrics closely. Also, it took a long time to get here, and the clothes are not proportioned for westerners.

Pay attention to how long the shipping window is. Took quite a long time. Wanted to return and they keep trying to give incentives to keep items as they must not want to pay for returned items. Return process has been cumbersom.

I was very disappointed with the fact that returning the item was so very difficult. I was offered $21 to keep an item that did not fit and getting an address to return to was not easy. Product seemed satisfactory but the size too small. This will prohibit me from ordering from this site again.
