I have been with Cspire for several years now and I have had nothing but the best service. Anytime I go inside one of the stores the representatives are always friendly and happy to help. The online site is amazing and I use it at least once a week. The amount of coverage they have in the southern United States is unbelievable. Go ahead and make the switch if youre with another carrier and let your life be changed.

They are nice when speaking but unethical policies towards their customers. Their plans are not that cheap and spotty coverage. They will still charge you and not refund a month to month service no contract but not using phone yet they dont refund any money that is owed to customers. They know FCC will help them and they are greedy company. Stay away from this bad business.

Tip for consumers:
They have cheap plans but bad coverage. And they will burn you when leaving plan. Nobody is happy with them. Stay away.

Products used:
Canceled 1 hour after auto pay prepaid for the month. Nit one penny refunded for a paid phone not being used.

We were wireless and fiber customers for 10 years, with no real issues. In Sept 2022, though, after moving out of Mississippi and having to sign on with another wireless carrier, I called C Spire to cancel our accounts and was told I did not have authorization to make changes to the account. My husband called to cancel and was told the same thing, even though the account is in his name. I called back a third time and received verbal confirmation that the account would be closed. Our final bill was auto-paid, and I thought everything was taken care of. There has been no activity on either wireless line in 3+ months, because we no longer have those phones and have changed our phone numbers altogether. However, we received a bill in December for $437, and I called to dispute the charge. After speaking to two customer service representatives, I was told to call their collections line. I called collections and was immediately transferred back to customer service. After speaking to a third customer service representative (now on the phone for over 30 minutes), I was told that the charges would stand because they have no record of my or my husband's request to cancel the account. I asked to speak to someone else who had the authority to cancel the charge and was directed to "Maria." Her bottom line was that because the C Spire system did not show any record of our calls in September to cancel the account, that I was lying about it and had to pay regardless. When I countered that it's possible there was a glitch in their system because it makes no sense that we would keep wireless lines open for phones we no longer had, in a state we no longer live, with no personal or professional connections remaining, Maria insisted that their was no mistake in their system and that if I didn't pay the bill, it would go to collections and negatively affect the account holder's credit. This level of deceit and inflexibility is inexcusable, and I would not recommend C Spire to anyone ever.

The service works fine but watch your bill closely. I paid them $345 for my bill then I get my bill and they only applied $45 them act like they don't know what happened. They got all these charges on my bill. I should've stayed with sorry Xfinity at least they knew how to count even if their service is crap. If you're not paying attention cspire will rip you off. Hate I ever switched to them but I'm going to correct that.

It's been a week, nothing they say I can believe. They have 3 different return policies according to the staff at hwy 49 Gulfport MS store, the manager Teffane for the hwy 49 Gulfport MS store, and their 611 all 3 said different things. I asked a manager on 611 named Bambi about doing a manual port, since there had been a problem with just typing in the numbers. I was told two days before by Mark if the port didn't work to call back and ask a manager to do a manual port, I got Bambi, and she said there is nothing they can do, she wouldn't pick up the phone and call like I was instructed to do, she told me they don't do that, what a lie, Bambi your word is worthless. So I go back to the store and I get a new number and don't get to keep my own, it's not worth the trouble at this point. I would of just brought everything back with a $50 restocking fee like Ansleigh the sales rep said, but then that wasn't true. And 611 said you can't bring back any accessories, but Teffane said I can bring back accessories as long as you have the original packaging... 3 different things. But the sales rep put on the screen protector and phones case, without asking me if I wanted her to, now I am in a place after a week. And I am not sure, do I take the 1/2 of the first month bill to stay with a bunch of people who just make stuff up ( Teffane didn't put the credit on yesterday or today, so I am here now), or pay $50 eat the price of the screen protector, and maybe maybe not get to return the rest of the accessories ( do I want that fight), or pay off the device and take it somewhere else with all of my accessories I may or may not be allowed to return? Nobody really seems to know, and I am sure it will change between now and when I get there, just like everyday since I have been here. So one week later and I want far away. I wish I could give zero stars since I wishing for a straight answer is too much for c-spire. Aspire to not cspire.

I had been with c spire since 2008 when I started experiencing problems in mid January 2021. People on the other end of my calls from my home kept telling me my phone was cutting out and they couldn't hear half of what I was saying. I was told by customer service that that day thay had sent an update adding voice over Lte. I turned off my wifi and discovered data speeds of about 2mbs. For about a month following that date I was assured they were working on it. During that time they billed me twice for service that could be best described as undependable. At the end I was informed that they could not correct the problem and was given a credit of 50 of the 145 dollars I was charged while the problem was going on. I switched service to Verizon and the difference is astounding. My average data speed is 50 mbs. Today I received a final bill from cspire that showed an amount owed to pay off the phone (which I paid) and then an amount that showed a partial month charge. When I called their customer service the first person told me it was a charge for porting out my phone.(canceling service and taking my phone with me) When I said I would not pay that, I was put through to a manager who told me it was an additional payment I owed on the phone not a charge for porting out. The charge is less than 20 dollars but after being strung along and billed for a month and a half I think it takes a lot of gall to apply this charge. I have read other reviews of long term c spire customers who have related the same story, when a problem arises with the service c spire keeps billing while they "work to fix the problem " and in the end when they can't still expect payment for the period when their service was substandard.

Followed seller specified return process, received no refund and cannot get my returned device back.
Seller has basically scammed me by misappropriating my returned device.
