I've been coming to CSL since 2023 and I've always been treated with respect. The employees are kind and patient. Cache is employed by CSL and she is exceptional. She was the first person that set me up on the machine. She's gentle and very hard working. It seems each time I come she's here. She has an amazing attitude and is efficient and professional. She ranks 1000 in my opinion. Give that Queen a raise.
Staff is rude and never wear name tags. Get different answers from different techs on the same day! Poor skills starting IV's.

I was bruised twice at this location but it will never compare to their new employees (currently in training) attitude, she needs to be fired for her attitude and disrespect towards other patients/customer! She's lucky I wasn't able to get her name, but we will never return to this location due to that experience! My husband and I have been coming to this location for almost a year now and when this inexperienced girl came in, she messed it up for us! I'm sure she will cause more conflict with other people… be cautious!
Kimberly was the nicest and sweetest person. Her needles did not hurt. She has a great smile and laugh.
This is the worst donation company that I have dealt with I. Years. I referred my wife and because their system would not allow her in for months. And regardless of the center telling me all would be great. They just told me that since it wouldn't let her in she is not a new Donor. With just one donation. And we get no bonuses. DONT DO IT. RUN!

They're short staffed & the present staff spend more time clowning around with each other & talking then tending to the customers. They should be more friendly. The least they could do is provide water per person or a snack given by staff not out in the open for all the greedy people to help themselves. You can count on being there at least 2 hrs per visit. The 1st time will take at least 3-4 hours.
I truly understand saving lives but the pay is highway robbery. Over $2000 for a tube of plasma. And you only get $50-65 dollars. By the time you take monies off card, you basically end up with a total of $30-35. Sad. I'm over this place.
I'm new to the process but I had a wonderful experience giving at the Broadway csl plasma center. I appreciate the rewards and how professional they are. I will be back.
CSL uses Paysign debit card to pay for donations. I had a small issue with Paysign but it was my money so I complained to CSL when Paysign refused to resolve the issue. Rather than respond to my complaint it seems they just disabled my account.
Customer service is horrible. Treated me horrible and has no answers and offered no help. Lost a donor.
I love CSL in Dayton, Ohio. The people are friendly and it's a clean, comfortable place to donate. You will be treated fair and with kindness. You start at the check-in and everyone is patient and happy to help. I love Nan and Tierny, they treat you like your family when they check you in. They remember my kid's names and ask about them. We laugh and catch up with each other like friends do. I look forward to seeing them. After you check-in, you go to the donor floor. Alanna, Austin, Tia, and everyone on the donor floor care about your comfort and safety. They make sure all safety procedures are followed. They put you at ease and answer all your questions. Going to this CSL is like hanging out with friends a couple times a week!

I donate plasma two times a week.
You have to wait outside for 1-3 hours daily as workers chat indoors, if you question the managements local or cooperate you will be deferred, kicked out. The Olney location is called the Black CSL, because the black leadership there mistreats it mostly black population the worst, so I suggest B positive in Cheltenham mall
It opens 1-2 hours late always, donors are forced to wait outside rain, snow or heat as you view the workers laughing, eating, talking. The Non English speaking guards act like cops hands on their guns and quick to violence. Biometrics takes 45-1hr in line. Then you wait in another line for another hour or two and if you complain you will be permanently deferred.,there are no bonuses, the staff is very rude if you stop them from socializing, which is often and you will be deferred. The corporate office supports this behavior if you report the site for non problems the cooperate office reports you to there local office and again you get deferred, which means kicked out and unable to donate.its called the Black CSL because most of the staff, donors are black and at the Franklin Mills location it basically mixed, but mostly white, opens on time daily, process donors completely within 2 hours. Do not donate your plasma and,or time with C.D.L it's horrible, there are other plasma companies in Philadelphia that treat you with respect and pay the same if not more than CSL

I had MULTIPLE terrible experiences at the cls plasma in Roseville. The entire staff good off all day while we sit in the lines for hours as they do nothing. I got out of line after waiting 2 hours in line and I couldn't hold my pee in anymore so I ran to the bathroom and asked if the guy could hold my spot and he said yes and when I came back they told me I had to go to the end of the line and start over. Not even that every time I donated there the staff were extremely rude and don't care and they make you sit after you've donated for several minutes because they forget about you and your left there with the needle in your arm for no reason! This place It's bull$#*!. BIOLIFE was 10 million times better lines went by fast because people actually do their jobs and they get you in and out and provide you with a snack and water and staff were very helpful and nice and they had everything set up so much more organized and makes the experience a lot smoother. They are just all around a lot better so and also offer more money for first time doners almost 400 more than cls.if your considering going to cls instead of bio life don't do it! Please do your times sake
I don't see how they have good reviews unless they not going to the one in Madison square shopping center in Nashville Tennessee you got Brittany who always wears the same gloves after every patient and thanks it's okay to just use sanitizer. Then when you finally wait an hour to get to the back to give a donation you got your hood rats back there standing over you talking unnecessary conversations instead of working so you have a whole line waiting to be seen why they finish their conversations never mind a little skinny lead walking around not doing nothing but trying to give orders. Ain't no way these good reviews came from Madison square
What to expect the first time that you may find helpful. They have a limit to how many new donors they can accept in one day. I saw many turned away as their quota was met, so first time donor GET IN EARLY! The first appointment will take about 3 hours so be sure your schedule is clear and you do not need to rush out. Other than those two things everything is straight forward as you will read in the app.

They have a very rude nurse who expects all the guys to pretty much kiss her b hind or you get disqualified.
I go to csl in muskegon Michigan and to me it's a institution not a center you have attuides people judging you by the way you look donors and staff so you don't have a friend.they'll stick you wrong anything to deter you like your making millions.but I thought you can donate every 3 days twice a week im schedule for every 4-5 days for no reason at all.judging you your making to much money and not saving life's.you deal with a lot of discrimination there donors and people.so I was sharing a thought of what I see going there for 2 yrs.and counting I guess til they bar me for whatever reason the can think of to stop me from donating.is sad you can't even save a life with out people making it difficult but they have a sign come do the amazing.yea right.you won't feel amazing when you leave.for sure..
I've been donating plasma regularly since May of 2020. Overall it has been a good experience. The staff is helpful and professional. I wish there could be a way to make the wait shorter. There are days where it takes over 2 hours for the whole process. The app needs a little tweaking. I was locked out for several days. I called the help line, and that took a couple phone calls to get back into the app. The same survey has been used for quite awhile. Not sure what good the same survey questions do time after time.
I donate at CSL Plasma Cleveland, west 25th street. It is a very clean facility and all the employees I have encountered have been pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. My questions get answered and I feel safe donating here. I get to make a little extra money and save lives at the same time. WIN WIN!

Clients are habitually left on machines 30 minutes after completing plasma donation.
On Thursday 12/21/2023 a gentleman had been passed by twice while others were disconnected from the machine. He got angry enough to push the machine as the tech shrugged and blew him off.
Today Saturday 12/23/2023 a gentleman was so tired of waiting he got up and attempted to unhook himself from the machine.
Also today I was left waiting 30 minutes to be disconnected while the tech passed me by once.
This is not a problem where people can't wait for the techs to clean and reset one station before moving to the next.
While this is a holiday weekend and staff may not be full, the people who are here today seemed determined to as insufficient as possible.
Not good visits this week at all.
Latisha j. Was very friendly helpful and very informative about my visit at csl plasma definitely coming again.
I mean cmon, these employees at csl in Greeley Colorado just do not give a damn! I understand you're going to get busy but man can you guys just move the line along and act like you like your job! They huddle in groups talking while people are waiting to be taken care of, and the attitudes oh my gosh! They act like your there worst enemy when you ask a question! Cmon managers of this location, get it together!
Worst ever center I have ever been to! The techs can't get a stick the 1st try. Use both arms and then after leave you so bruised you can't donate 2 times in the same week. Plus the nurses don't seem to care. They just say we will have to refer you for weeks. Multiple people complain daily about this. To many centers to use other than this one.Never will I step foot in this facility or ever refer anyone here!?
Tip for consumers:
Run..so not go here!!
