I usually give 690 a Technician input 880 for me and they did compensate me for the mistake, or even the fact that I donated 880. If I had to do 880, I would have gotten paid so why was it different. My wife called and tt corporate and it took two full days for them to call me back, and compensate me $15. I go back on my regular day and was turned away because they claimed my protein was low. They normally allow me to look at my protein results but today no, I guess because we called Corporate. I just decided it's not worth the time, and effort to continue donating here.
Generally good, but very frequently staff turnover, loudest staff members seem to intimidate less loud ones which are few and don't last long, donors often disrespect fast pass rules and go in whatever line they want to. With no calling out by staff, even when made aware, donors sometimes stand on line while staff is waiting for shift change, or they will fill an entire bay, then another staff member calls the next person in line and starts their line...on the positive side, staff ALWAYS, IMO, follows proper safety and sterility procedures, masks, shields and gloves are consistently used
CSL Plasma in Utica is horrifying. Went twice, noticed how dismissive they were of clients. Third time I went, they called security on me because I complained about the poor, lazy customer service & they banned me I am a lady senior citizen. Never been so insulted in my life. I will do anything I can to shut them down.
This place is horrible. I need to find who is the head of all location in New Jersey. I went to the one in Clinton Nj and the Manager named Marsha treated me like I was a criminal mind you I'm a decent respectful person and I just said to the lady who was taking my vital to be less hostile since it doesn't reflect well on my blood pressure and she immediately took offense and went to her Manager which I also wanted to address to the manager as well that they should have better manners in customer service and the manager didn't like my concern and told security to escort me out like if I was a criminal or did something bad! It seems that now people don't have human/customer rights to voice a concern on those who gets treated grossly bad, screamed at or escorted by security whereI had to call the cops as I refuse to be treated that way! Can someone let me know how can contact the head of this organization because it seems these facilities are getting away with murder by treated people bad and using security to mistreat customer the way I was treated where I had to make a police report-call the cops since the security guy through my purse outside the facility. I need someone to contact me *******302 if you have any leads or suggestions how should o proceed in making them accountable for mistreating people in a such degrading way taking our customer rights to voice concerns...and treating us like criminals! I had to give 1 star but it should be 0 since I can't post of if I don't give a rating.
They are cutting feed to save money. Avoid them
Staff shortages, unhappy staff and unpleasant. ………………
You will be better off at Bio
I haven't been there since June or July. They deferred me because I wouldn't go apologize to a jerk. First of all I was there way too long, I had to use the bathroom and they just walking around doing nothing so the guy comes by and says I'll be right back mind you these other techs are walking around doing nothing but talking. My voice is aggressive I understand that I simply said I got to pee. That made him come over there. He gonna say I wish you wouldn't be disrespectful I was mad by this time so I just looked at him cuz I know me. He pulled the needle out put the cotton on my arm and tightly wrapped it I mean cutting off my circulation purposely my arm still goes numb and this has been since during July.I was going back the following week.I went on my side to sign in or whatever they done deferred me so I called to see why. The lady told me you just need to come in and ask for a manager. I'm already knowing what it's about so I went on their site and I politely told them my plasma cost way too much anyway I've been sick since I left them it feels like a piece of the needle is literally in my arm I have a black mark on my arm and it gone numb. He purposely messed my arm up. I'm not going back up to apologize to a jerk just to make him feel better it's way more plasma centers in Nashville. I didn't get his name but I see him all the time walking around there with attitude now you got what you give and you mad.
I don't see how they have good reviews unless they not going to the one in Madison square shopping center in Nashville Tennessee you got Brittany who always wears the same gloves after every patient and think it's okay to just use sanitizer. Then when you finally wait an hour to get to the back to give a donation you got your hood rats back there standing over you talking unnecessary conversations instead of working so you have a whole line waiting to be seen while they finish their conversations never mind a little skinny lead walking around not doing nothing but trying to give orders. Ain't no way these good reviews came from Madison square
By far some of the laziest workers I have come across are the people who screen. Will stand outside their booth while there is a line of people. Talking and deciding on their own when to call you in. Not all of them but 2 or 3 of the same ones constantly.
We come to donate and leave and continue with our busy lives. They act as if we have all day to be there.
Just horrible.
DO NOT DONATE HERE. I have been waiting for 3 hours and when they finally took my heart rate and blood pressure, my heart rate was at 48 bpm which is 2 bpm less than the required bpm of 50. They took my heart rate twice and it remained the same. However, they let me know that they do have an exception for low heart rates for athletes, I would just need to be evaluated by medical. I told them that's fine, and as I went into medical I was told that I have to be "a professional athlete" in order to be qualified. I cannot be labeled an athlete because I play sports, I have to get paid for it. Not even the college level counts. He said that because my heart rate was already taken twice, he cannot take it a third time and I have to go home. He also informed me that those who took my vitals were supposed to wait 15 minutes before the second take. They did not wait 15 minutes, they waited about one second. Now, they have sent me home, and I am not allowed to donate today. Reasoning: I run every day, I lift weights everyday, I play sports, and I just happen to be in too good of a shape to donate plasma.
Center 241 is amazing it's like being with family very nice center that's why I been going there 2 years now friendly employees always watching what's going on during the procedure makes me feel good about being there...
Two times their lab didn't process my previous donation bottle so when I tried to donate the next time they said I couldn't donate until the lab processes my plasma bottle. Front desk didn't tell me that I couldn't donate so I waited almost two hours before I asked why I hadn't been called. The screener said I needed to see a doctor for TPP physical. However, when the doctor pulled up my file it said that I couldn't donate because the lab didn't process my previous donation. So I wasted 90 minutes to get to the location and 3 hours in the donation center without being screened or processed. Do not waste your time here.
First of all how ur company do be keeping none your scales is up to date how u gonna take my weight twice. And put down the number that is less witch they other one is correct my disappointment is why would u put the less weight.so my concern is do u people do that purposely. Because that mess up and you guys are ripping people off not cool.so if anyone is reading this please do something about it it's unfair for those that is donating to ur cose n to help
But to be taken advantage of well that right
I've donated before. Now for some reason I have to see the nurse. There is no nurse and many of us sitting here waiting to see the nurse. This company makes it so difficult to donate. They need a serious overhaul.
My first time at CSL Plasma actually went very smoothly. I signed in and before I could even sit down in the waiting room someone came to get me. They "warned" me that the process would take at least 3 hrs, to make sure that I had the time. You get a medical exam and lots of questions, but so what. It's all necessary, and that's only for your first time. The procedure itself varies from person to person, but can last from 1/2 hr to an hour. I, personally, didn't have any problems. I'm glad I qualified to help and you get paid. Win-win.
What to expect the first time that you may find helpful. They have a limit to how many new donors they can accept in one day. I saw many turned away as their quota was met, so first time donor GET IN EARLY! The first appointment will take about 3 hours so be sure your schedule is clear and you do not need to rush out. Other than those two things everything is straight forward as you will read in the app.
About Csl in grand junction Colorado. The staff does not change gloves between people. The so called manager said it's not fda regulated. Seems very un sanitary when I have needle in my body and they don't change gloves at all from person to person. They put your health at risk. They protect themselves but not the patient. Don't catch a disease. I had three manager argue with me about how he said it's OK to not change gloves after handling several patients. How do I know you don't have blood or body fluids on your gloves before you stick me. Oh and about there weight scales. They are always wrong. I've weighed myself at home and used a weight to calibrate my scale several times with exactly the same stuff on when I went there and I'm five pounds heavier? They get more plasma from you the more you weigh. Which for them means more money. I told the manager I could prove his scales are not correct but he said not to touch any of there equipment. Hmmm. Guess I was right. Idc bout the scales even though they are wrong I'm concerned for my health and other people's health. I hope people read this and understand the risk they at csl plasma grand junction Colorado put you in.
I've been donating plasma regularly since May of 2020. Overall it has been a good experience. The staff is helpful and professional. I wish there could be a way to make the wait shorter. There are days where it takes over 2 hours for the whole process. The app needs a little tweaking. I was locked out for several days. I called the help line, and that took a couple phone calls to get back into the app. The same survey has been used for quite awhile. Not sure what good the same survey questions do time after time.
Deceptive and corporate
CSL Plasma does not properly explain their payment system. Their explanation to me in October was that you would receive $100 for the first two donations in a month and it would break off after that at lower values. Now that I came for the first time in December, it was $55 because apparently even though it's the first time in December per their discussion and explanation to me, it is my fourth time coming. Worse, even the papers hanging on their wall explain that you would get technically $75 for your fourth visit. They didn't even do that. If you are going to offer payments to people for donating plasma, you need to understand how to clearly and concisely explain that process so that this does not happen.
I have contacted their CS by phone 6 times and they've never even tried to solve the issue. It's cost me gaining any rewards points. A couple times I was told a work order was in and someone would contact me, over four months ago and still no call. So, I just stopped trying to get this fixed which is more than likely what they want.
Going to CSL is the worst experience at a plasma donation center I've had. As a new donor they are so slow to get your process done. Just that part alone took 3 hours. They only have one nurse staffed. Their whole system of operations is inconvenient and not efficient at all. All the staff simply takes their time with every part. CLS Plasma gets a big thumbs-down from me.
CSL Lincoln Park Michigan Donation Center 101 where do I start short staffed for many years now they shorten their hours making it much tougher to donate they do not hesitate to lock the doors early and open later when they have no help. When going in to get screened employees always talking with each other laughing and acting like they haven't seen each other in years instead of concentrating on work. If you want to speak to a manager there it is the person who has been there the longest and showed up that day for work! They say come donate save lives well let me tell you the center needs to actually be open and staffed to do that!
Answer: Difficult because they are under staffed and are more worried about getting a lunch break or complaining about the job on the flour.
Answer: Octapharma doesn't pay good the first time. To me anyway. I like grifols out South Nashville.
Answer: Because of the new donor fee. You'll get $100 to $150 on the first day. Then like 100 on your second donation. Did like 60 or 80 on the 3rd donation. It depends on your weight as to how much you are able to give and get paid for
Answer: The first second and third donation after that your money goes down significantly
Answer: It's very legit it's real. You just have to deal with millennials and people who don't have respect for others their time is more precious than the consumer or customer. A girl has left me hooked up after a donation so she can go on break
Answer: Yes. Unless they have changed. You can go two days out the week. If you miss a day your pay goes down well mine did anyway.
