Crowdtap

I love Crowdtap because it has a variety of ways to earn points: product testing, open ended questions, grid questions, multiple choices, discussion groups, sharing posts to social media etc. The UI is super cool because it's color coded and easy to understand.The BEST part is that you need at least 1000 points to redeem for gift cards, but it doesn't take weeks to get there. I usually redeem points in two days. Crowdtap is adding more gift card choices over time so that's nice. But it's one of the most fun and productive online communities I've joined.

Everyone who says this company is a scam, is SPOT ON! I decided to give it a try because there are positive reviews as well. Right before I was set to cash out at a 20$ gift card, my account was closed. I emailed customer service, and received a generic response. They told me my answers were inconsistent, irrelevant, and went against their terms of use. Considering I actually spent a substantial amount of time answering the questions and not just randomly clicking, the only conclusion is they boot people to not pay out rewards.

Crowdtap. Is one of my favorite sampling sites. It's very easy to navigate. I enjoy helping out the brands and I get points when I complete missions in the form of grids, questionnaires or social media sharing of photos or videos, which I redeemed for numerous amazon e-gift cards and I receive great full size products to test and review.
Crowdtap is well worth my time and anyone who had bad experiences, maybe you not doing something right or following clear instructions or rules!

I've been a member for for over a year now and I can honestly say that this website is a legit place to earn gift cards for taking simple surveys/polls. I've lost track how many gift cards I have earned :) Compared to other sites, 1000 points for a $5 gift card seems like a lot of work for little payout, but it add up quickly. Not only can you earn gift cards, but they also run campaigns to receive free products to test in return for writing honest reviews. To date I've tested food products, cleaning products, hair care products, and skin care products. Sometimes I'll go several months before being selected to test and review, but then there are times like now I've been selected for 3 separate campaigns in the last month. It's a great website and I'm thrilled I discovered it!

I got 15$ then took a break and came back and cant log into my account :(. glad i didn't save up for 20 though i did have almost another 5 dollars. I'll probably make a new acc but i was rlly enjoying the site.

I have been with Crowdtap since the very beginning. A lot has changed since then. I have been able to sample so many products with them- when they first started they had these amazing Old Navy deals. I miss those recently I have sampled some kids' food products and I cash out about once a month for a $10 Amazon gift card- they have many options of gift cards available. You put in the time and you will get rewarded. It's not quick money though it is fun!

I'm 19 and I signed up for my Crowdtap account because I love to try new things and give my opinion on them to help develop a product to be better or build upon something that already is as quality as it gets. A definite bonus is that I love make up & since just joining a few months ago, I've already gotten my 2nd chance to review full size cosmetics and keep them when I'm done. Revlon Kiss Cushion Lip Tints in two different colors was my first project. Now I'm getting some new make up to try out again! How does it get any better for a college student? Take it from me, it doesn't. Sign up for a free Crowdtap account, take fun & short surveys to get samples and test for free! The more interactive, honest and open you are the more gifts you will receive :)

I've been a loyal customer of theirs for at least a couple of years. During this pandemic, I was rarely logging on with so much going on at home. When I finally did try to get on a few weeks ago, I saw I was blocked and reached out to customer service. I got some message that it looks like others have received about Crowdtap's "security system" and "rewarding members for their honest engagement". I was appalled as I have never broken the terms and conditions and proceeded to email them back to let them know their response was not sufficient and if they could explain in further detail. I have sent at least two email follow-ups and have not received any response from them. I can also attest to the fact that they had blocked my mother's account too. At this point, with the way the customer service is ignoring my messages, it makes me not even want to be a part of their community and to tell everyone not to use their product!

This website has so many quick and easy reviews that just takes very few minutes to take. I cannot give 5 whole stars (but would 4.5 if it was an option) because I have gotten only one of three products asked to review so far. So they just need to work on that process. Once they do, I can definitely give this company 5 stars. The product that I received so far to review were full size products. And they have very clear instructions on what you need to do to leave an honest review. I do recommend this service.

I am updating my review since I have learned more about it. The problem with the company is that when I joined they did not explain anything. I have learn from experience. Your points do ad up. You earn 1000 points and then get a $5 gift card from Amazon.com. You are very reliant on Facebook and expect you to have at least 25 friends. You have to click an icon to post on FB or Twitter or Instagram for just about everything. Your page becomes an advertisers dream. They can reject you when it comes to getting samples without telling you why. They want a lot for what they give you. I would rather have money. Amazon.com does not pay my bills. I do. Many times they will not respond to your emails.

My mom and i both signed up to use our accounts. When they noticed our address was the same they disabled our accounts stating that there are multiple accounts being used in the same location. How petty of them after spending hours on my account that still works and trying to make an account for her only for her to be unable to redeem all those points for her gift card and if we try to make another account to try again that will only get us banned. What kind of service... do not use them. You are better off using swagbucks.
