Although it took five days to arrive my order (seiko diver's watch), creation watches services were excellent: they communicated me through email about my order and its status, very professional in dealing business, and timely. My ordered seiko diver's looked original, shiny, and brand new, as advertised, well packaged with a sturdy red box, tag, and seiko manual booklet. I love my ordered seiko diver's watch. So far it keeps time exactly. Original watch for an affordable price. I would highly recommend creationwatches. I had done an extensive online research shopping and finally settled down with creationwatches.

This is one of the nicest watches I have ever owned. Looks great and I love the solar charger function, never need to worry about flat battery again. The date is a bit small but other than that the face is clear and easily readable and the gunmetal grey/black body with the cream face looks a million bucks. The leather band is not too shabby either. Delivery was super fast, ordered and delivered from Singapore to Gold Coast Australia in less than 2 days! Way to go DHL.

I ordered my first automatic watch from Creation Watches last July 23,2016. Ordering on their website is a breeze, easy and user friendly. The site shows delivery within 2-4 days and boy! Do they live up to that. My watch arrived in three days. The watch was packaged nicely, although it was opened by customs services and resealed before it was delivered to me. I also received updates via email, and they followed through even after my order got delivered. This shows that they have concern with their customers and reflects good customer service. I recommend this site to anyone looking to buy a watch.

Hello I received the watch yesterday (took only 3 days to reach me in the uk). I would first like to say how amazing the service is that creation provide even though their profit margins are quite low they still give A+ service which is great. Second are obviously the price paid which is the best value in my opinion.
The watch arrived fully packaged with all stickers and hang tags unblemished in brand new factory as you would expect.
All in all I would definitely recommend creation to anyone and I am already lining up my next purchase.

I bought a Seiko watch from 'Creationwatches' aka 'Downunderwatches.com' aka 'Citywatches.co.nz' a few days before Christmas after checking productreview.com.au (3/5), trustpilot (4.5/5), sitejabber (4.7/5) which would lead you to think that it would be OK to buy from this company.

They have a refund policy on their website of 30 days. I reached out to them and after taking pictures of the watch and emailing it back to them as requested, they asked me to send the watch to

I sent it via Express post with a tracking number - the tracking number shows that it got there 14th Jan. At this point, I still thought everything was fine. Long story short, it took several emails and me following up to get a refund - it's March. I did get the refund, so I have increased the star rating from 1 to 3.

The watch reached my friend some times after my departure for Vietnam, and I have arranged my friend carrying it back to Vietnam few days afterwards. Watch is safe and sound, and on my wrist everyday to office. Overall, it has been very good shopping experience with you guys. I have recommended to some of my friends as they are also looking for watches. And I stressed with them your efforts in verifying details of the transaction to ensure proper understanding of client situation. This is quite valuable, given the high rate of failed delivery in Vietnam (personally I lost two books going through Customs). Definitely I will come back to Creation Watch should I need new one.
