Damaged products, though inconvenient are not uncommon. But, having to message on Facebook, make 3 phone calls, & send 2 emails and still not have the issue resolved is TERRIBLE customer service. My time is worth more than the product ($16). Don't tell me you will give my information to a manager, if I am never going to hear back from the manager. And don't take my information to give to a manager only to tell me the next time I call that I need to send an email. I gave 2 stars because the employees were kind. But, I will never order from Creations and Collections, again. It is not worth the hassle!

I ordered from this company a wooden sign that, when it arrived, was far too large. I contacted their Customer Service who said to return the item in the original box and mail them the postage receipt for reimbursement. Well, two months later when I inquired as to why I had not received the reimbursement postage refund I was told their Returns Department said because there was nothing technically wrong with the item they would not reimburse me for the large amount of postage it took to return it. I had followed their instructions perfectly, yet no refund. So much for their stated goal of customer satisfaction.
Don't do business with these people.

When I received the catalog, little did I know as I thumbed through it that they promote and capitalize on the death of bats and tarantulas for their paper weight items. World wide bat populations are threatened. Bats are a critical part of controlling insects especially mosquitos and are adapt pollinizers and tarantulas are very beneficial preying on insects especially cockroaches and crickets/grasshoppers. Don't support this company.

Bought several sculptures that on the website appeared to be beautifully painted. When they arrived, however, this was not the case. They claimed this was from the lighting in the photographs. The real reason is they must photoshop their product images. Not purchasing from them again.
