I've ordered from Cow Cow for years and love the silky fabric and bright designs. However, while placing my latest order, I was stunned by an exorbitant $20 shipping charge for five dresses that would fit into a single plastic envelope. To add insult to injury, even though the order was placed 12 days ago, it has yet to ship and there is no tracking information. When shipping was free, I accepted the long wait philosophically. But when shipping costs as much as another dress, I expect better service. I haven't given up on Cow Cow but this has soured my experience with them and has made me less likely to recommend them to others.
I had bought a dress off of Amazon by Cow Cow before so I didn't think there would be a problem buying a swimsuit. I choose a pre made design on their website thinking it would insure that the design would be printed correctly. Boy was I wrong. The colors are faded, the image is blurry, the fabric is cheap, it's a size to big. I payed over $50s for this piece of crap. Get this... they don't except returns period. This company is trash.
Not sure why so many bad reviews unless it's user error? I got a pretty intense design done(wrapping Lucky Charms marshmallows, so very colorful and saturated, high detail design) and it's cute and perfect! Super vivid, crisp print! I was concerned initially after not receiving a tracking number 2 weeks in and reading reviews about poor customer service, but I reached out and had nothing but a helpful, polite, and quick experience where I got a tracking number. I really think in a lot of negative feedback, it may the be the person bringing the attitude to customer service, or not providing a high enough quality design to work with. It did take a month to receive my order, but that's pretty standard with Asian orders, and I got a great deal with their February coupon code! Definitely will be ordering again!
I have been invited to become a designer on Cowcow 6 years ago.
In 2016 they offered me to sell on Amazon but later due to financial reasons I closed my store there. They gifted me 300 items to sell on Amazon and for one year, before closure I had 76 or 77 sales.
They have been always loyal and supportive. All they said is real. I have a sample from the factory. The quality is great!
If you need more details about Cowcow, please let me know.
Ordered item through Amazon. Firstly, they don't post quickly. Their company online advises all items are shipped via only two couriers. I was sent tracking details for one. When nothing showed up on those tracking details, I was informed they'd shipped them via another, despite physically telling me it was coming via a different courier previously.
Item went missing in the post, China Post acknowledged this quickly, yet they refuse to do anything until after the ETA, despite it being accepted that the item is missing.
Their ETA is a month after ordering, which is ridiculous in itself. I wouldn't bother. Cool stuff, but customer service is non existent, and you'll probably not get your item. Luckily I've paid through Amazon, so will get my money back through them.
People are going to come here and leave poor reviews because of a bad promo code that got out- and it's not fair to the company. The company has apologized, released another code to try and make up THEIR error, and done all they can to make it right without ruining their business- but people won't be happy because they didn't get their $1.99 dresses from a test promo code that was never meant to be public. I too had one of these orders canceled- and that's okay.
I own at least 15 CowCow dresses. They are well constructed, comfortable, and cute as a button. Can't recommend them enough- even in the face of controversy.
I ordered 7 dresses from you at the Amazon posted price of 1.99. I received an e-mail saying it was canceled due to a pricing error, even though you ADMIT on your Facebook page that it was a legit sale. This is unprofessional, disingenuous and embarrassing. I am not pleased with how your company has handled this situation and I would like to know what you plan to do about the many dissatisfied customers.
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S6 leather folio case and customized it with my design. I had no coupons or special code so this is at full price. The design was NOTHING like what I submitted! It looked like I could've printed this out on my own computer it was so poor. When I contacted them about this issue they said it looked fine to them and their would be slight differences due to digital printing. If I wanted i could return it for 15% restocking fee and I had to pay for return shipping. This is awful business! Now I am stuck with this very cheaply made case that's junk! The leather is not leather it is plastic and the case itself is something I could get at the dollar store. Never again will I order from this site. It is not in America but in Hong Kong. Buyers Beware!
Ordered T-shirts which turned out looking really good. But I also ordered a necklace and it was off center, even though when I ordered it I made sure it was centered in the program. Could have been a software glitch. Either way i highly recommend CowCow.
If you order a Large, you receive a very small sized item. They lie about sizing. Their sizing is Asia sizing. So, you're stuck with something that fits a small adult or child, and they don't care about this. They accuse you of being an idiot and ordering the wrong size, they refer you to a size chart, they take your money. It doesn't matter to them. They completely lie about the sizing of their clothing and shouldn't be allowed to be in business any longer, but here we are. Just avoid the headache.
I loved that you could create all over designs on so many products on CowCow. I was really excited. Until I created and ordered something. They say 10 working days to receive your product. What a joke. I have ordered from Cafepress. I got it in a matter of days. I ordered from Zazzle and I got it in a matter of days. I ordered from CustomInk and got it in a matter of days. I ordered from CowCow and weeks later I still had not received anything. I contacted them and was told it was still in production and they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. The hassle is not worth it.
I ordered a total of 8 coin purses for Christmas gifts. I recieved 7. I never did get the 8th coin purse that was supposed to be a gift for my mothet. I called the co. And left a message and sent a email, but never got a reply. The quality of the coin purses is great. I really liked them. Too bad I didn't get them all.
Not only did I never receive my order, they are asking me to give them an additional $30.00. It's unclear if they want more money to reship? I just lost over $100.00. Do not order from this company.
The dresses are cute, whimsical, stretchy, and TERRIBLE QUALITY. Want it for a one time use? Perfect. Anything more than that, don't bother!
I've ordered several from Amazon and they were as mentioned above. Which is fine for an $8 dress. But I got so excited when I saw that you could put your own print on any item you wished. So I ordered the same style dress with my own print on the same size I already had from them. This one is about 4 inches shorter than the ready made dresses and at least one size smaller. I contacted customer service and received a scathing reply with a link to the non-existent return policy. In the "policy" it states that their clothing is made to "industry standards" when I pointed this out to the lady "Cecilia" she replied with such nastiness demanding a screen shot (clearly she doesn't know her own website) and then in all caps screamed "WHAT IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD FOR SCOOP NECK SKATER DRESSES AND WHO SET IT?"
WOW! I can't speak for everyone, but for me, customer service is often more important than anything. In a world where we can go anywhere to shop, from our very own homes, why would any company want to alienate people? That's exactly what COWCOW did to me.
I guess the cockiness would make more sense if they sold better quality clothing, but for clothing that pills and snags on the first wear? Nah! I'll take my business elsewhere.
Cowcow is full of glitches, customer service people are VERY rude, & love to lie. I cannot recommend cowcow to sellers or buyers
I JUST ATTEMPTED TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH COWCOW AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THE ORDER COULD NOT BE PROCESSED. I CALLED, AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED DID NOT UNDERSTAND MY INQUIRY AND STARTED TO SPEAK TO ME IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES. THEN, ONCE WE FINALLY GOT ON THE SAME PAGE, SHE TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER WASN'T PROCESSED BECAUSE MY PAYMENT FAILED. I TOLD HER THAT WAS ODD, AS THIS WAS MY DEBIT CARD AND THERE WAS AN AMPLE BALANCE. I DID NOT GET ONE MORE WORD IN EDGEWISE WHEN SHE SAID "THANKS FOR CALLING, BYE". DO YOU THINK SHE WOULD HAVE TRIED TO HELP ME AND TAKE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT BEFORE SIMPLY HANGING UP ON ME? WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS DO YOU HAVE WORKING IN YOUR CALL CENTER? DO YOU EVEN WANT TO MAKE MONEY? THIS, HANDS DOWN, WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED. I LEGITIMATELY WAS GOING TO GIVE ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT BUT THEN SHE SAID "GOODBYE" AND HUNG UP. HOW DO YOU TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE? I'M HONESTLY SPEECHLESS THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS, GOOD LUCK TO YOU WHEN YOU CLOSE.
I purchased dress which is genuine quality with cheapest price. Have many collections to see and purchase online
