I ordered a BBQ cover and followed the directions and guidelines as they asked. They also asked me for more measurements to make sure that everything was correct. I gave them exactly what they asked for. I sent them pictures of the BBQ, so they would know what I have. Also, one reason I bought from them, on their website I saw the same BBQ that looked like mine with the grill cover that I needed, it was a great selling point. I received the BBQ cover put it on and it fits like TOTAL CRAP! I called them up and they said to email the issues with pictures, that I did. They wanted more pictures with a tape measure, that I did. They came to the conclusion that I could not follow a simple measuring instruction. Are you kidding me? I have been doing construction work for 30 years, I know how to measure. If you look at the photos you will see there is a huge problem. They made the mistake and they won't admit to it. The only thing they can do is give me 25% off my next order. Are you kidding me? You can't even read the logo. So, I sent them more photos one more time to prove to them they got it wrong. They finally did admit that there was some fault on their part. So now their offer is for me to pay 60% towards a new cover. I am not giving them more money to fix their mistake. You are taking a huge risk to order from this company. I would use their competitor.
I purchased a cover 6 weeks ago and I was supposed to get it 4 days ago. Today I call and find out the my order was not even in production! And they want to send my order in the next 4 weeks! But they charged my CC already.

I purchased a grill cover with a five year warranty. After two years it became brittle and began discoloring to black. They said discoloring was normal? It's not normal when it's an eye sore where you entertain. They said I could buy a new one with a 30% discount. Why would I buy the same product. I have another grill cover from the Cover Store, it's older and looks like new. I would not buy another Covers and All product.
This is one of the worst companies I have unfortunately had the privilege of working with and giving my money to. We Placed 2 custom orders for couch covers and understood there would be a delay due to Covid. We received this email from Covers and All on May 8th. Hello Gary
Your bag of joy will be delivered to you for Order Number #COV on the Delivery Date of 14 May 2020, which came and went and NOTHING, no email or call update. When we called to inquire on 4 separate occasions, we were told different stories on the covers being in production or in pre-production and each time they said they would have to call us back, which they did not. Today's Service rep told us one order is in Pre-Production and one in Production and we will get them within 2 weeks. It appears they just lie to customers to get them off the phone and pass it on to the next person who answers. If we could give Zero stars for being unethical we would. Can't imagine the quality could be any good if their customer care, tracking and shipping are so horrendous.
I contacted the company today to confirm that my cover would be delivered as quoted on the 25/5. (Monday). I have been told it will take another 4-5 weeks for the cover to arrive due to social distancing restrictions in the work place. This I can understand but social distancing was already in place when I submitted the order which was on the 3rd May. I was never informed of a delay until I queried my delivery date today. This is so disappointing and unprofessional. I have requested an immediate refund which I have been told has been requested and should reach my account within 7 days'. I will submit another review to state whether I did or did not receive this refund in7 days time. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews for this company which I should have as I would have never placed an order. My advice to anyone reading this is to steer clear. A Briwn
Not customer focused. Ordered a cover for a Fire Pit on April 12th, changed order the next day and was charged $3.97 to make the change. About week later I got an email asking for a picture, which I provided. Was given an May 4th delivery date. Never received the cover, on May 5th i got an email stating they were having shipping problems and my cover will be delivered on May 12th... never got it. On May 13th, i received an email stating that it would be 5 more weeks before deliver, but did date that if i replied to the email, I could cancel the order which i did. I ask for a response that my order was cancelled and a refund made... have not gotten the response. By the way this order was placed through AMAZON. Be careful with what you order form Amazon, but above all don't buy Covers&All products.
This company misrepresents it's offering and production timeline. Manufacturing is ex-US in India, yet they promise 2 week delivery. They have pushed back my timeline 2 times... my order will be over a month past the date it was promised.
I ordered a custom cover for my little freezer. I ordered it from covers and all because their ad said 20% off and free shipping if you sign up with your email address. However when I ordered it they took full price and charged shipping. After a great deal of arguing my point they finally agreed to return the cost of shipping and the 20%. So far no money has been returned (after 10 days) and no sign of my cover. Not feeling very confident of their honesty. Can't recommend them at this point
Don't be fooled by the warranty, they will not keep it. They will find a way around giving any amount back when it doesn't work the way they say. Save your money and time. Mine ripped twice, and they say it's extreme weather and isn't covered. I asked about that specifically and nothing was said about it being a problem, but when it comes time to covering the warranty, nope they don't cover that. It's common sense apparently and doesn't need to be in the warranty I'm told.
They apparently also take down bad reviews on their site. Be warned of this company!
I built an outdoor tv cabinet and even though I built the cabinet to be water proof I still needed a cover. So I saw an advertisement on FB about Covers & all and went to their website. The site was easy to use designing the right cover for my cabinet. Once I sent my measurements in I received two emails verifying my measurements. Within 10 days I received my cover and it fit like a glove. The material of the cover was heavy duty and I believe it will hold up to any weather. Very durable. I will use them again and pricing was competitive to any other company out there.

UPDATE: STILL NO REFUND Ordered a screen tarp and cancelled it right away. (Within 10 mins). The company cancelled the order and said they returned my money. This was 5 months ago and I still havent got money.

I ordered covers for a pizza oven and an outdoor grill. I sent the company the specifications along with pictures because the pizza oven with a chimney was somewhat complex. The first draft sent to me by email did not include the chimney. When I called and was lucky enough to speak with Betsy, she recommended asking for the chimney to be included so my husband and I would not have to take the chimney off before the winter snows and put it back on in spring. This was not an easy part of the process as I had to make several phone calls to successfully have the order revised and often talked with sales people whose accent I could not understand. I was told I could not talk to anyone in production, so I had to rely on the sales staff to transfer the request. However, after several phone calls, and resubmitting the specifications and pictures, the order successfully was placed. I was extremely pleased (10 out of 10) that the pizza oven cover included the chimney. Furthermore, the materials and the fit for both the oven and grill were excellent. I would highly recommend this company despite the communication difficulties. The products I received were better than I had wished for! For those who can use their website to order, the process would be much easier.

I ordered 2 separate speaker covers. The speakers have handles on both sides to carry. This company made 2 covers... both with 1 handle opening below the handle, and on the other side sewed in some sort of up side down pocket instead of a handle opening on both covers. WTF? How can I carry with 1 handle?
And being late sending order alsor... these are worthless to me now. I'm not disappointed. I'm pissed!.

When I called as to my overdue product. I was told the tarps were not even made yet. Seven weeks the product wasn't even made. And told no idea when they will actually be delivered. P.S. Through my whole process I was talking to an agent in India.
I ordered clear heavy duty curtains to install on my porch to keep the snow off. They came in black when I ordered clear. I emailed them and they sent out a new curtain clear and to my specs. It fit perfect and is very heavy and well made. Great customer service.

Shipped the wrong size cover and refuse to correct. Unwilling to admit that they messed up our order even though we provided them with a picture of the fire pit showing that it is clearly square. They shipped a rectangular 17" x 26" cover. By other reviews it looks to me like they deliberately do this to cause their customers to have to place a second order. Their solution was for us to purchase a second cover then refund us 20%. Not going to happen. Most any other reputable company would have sent a replacement for customer satisfaction. Not these people. Unscrupulous from the start. Steer clear!
I purchased a customer cover to provide storage for items on my roof deck. Prior to purchasing, I reached out to a sales rep to confirm that the item is completely waterproof - I was given the following response:
"Yes, the provided quote is with the Tuff Fabric and its fully waterproof. If not then we will happy to provide you a full refund or reship"
Turns out the product is not waterproof as I opened the bag (also stored inside of a wood enclosure, further protecting from elements) to find all of my custom made seat cushions, cornhole boards, etc. waterlogged and moldy (several hundred dollars of products).
I reached out to customer service and rather than providing any solutions to accommodate the destruction of my stored items, they refused to even honor their original claim to provide a full refund - claiming their fine print, which directly contradicts with what the sales rep quoted:
"2. However, there is no 100% guarantee that the covers will be completely waterproof."
I have repeatedly stated that I live in Chicago and have since moved my outdoor items into the garage for winter storage and they keep asking me to do their job by proving that the cover is actually not waterproof by conducting a science experiment and providing them with photos as support.
We submitted our order and asked for quite a few extra zippers so we could get into our mini fridge & storage area easily when it's still covered. The company checked in with us multiple times to verify our measurements as well as kept in touch with us on the timeline due to our special requests. We received the covers today for our grill and smoker and couldn't be more pleased they look great and are exactly what we asked for!
