Ordered 2 Custom Loveseat covers for our couches. Very easy to order on web site. Need to give exact dimensions as requested. They are automatically made a little larger to allow for easy slip on and removal. They fit perfectly and are extremely durable and well made. Best covers I have ever had. I ordered online, order wouldn't go through so had to call the first order after I called was easy. Then a month later I tried to order more, the order wouldn't go through, I called, the guy who answered we got cut off, I called back 2 more times, couldn't find the order so I gave up.

Ordered a cover for a sectional on my patio, the measuring and layout were pretty easy and the ordering process seemed straight forward... They even ask for a reference picture, I was assuming so they could make sure everything would fit... I was wrong.
My cover showed up and it didn't fit. There was no mention in the layout diagram for two different length arms... so it covered to stop some quick rain, but won't work for the long haul. When I checked back on their site to see if I measured wrong I noticed they updated the layout to include a second arm measurement... when I sent them an email asking if there was something that could be done... crickets... Pretty disappointing when I strive to use Canadian companies and they forget that people just want a solution to their problem...

Every two weeks they telling me to wait two more weeks, Start offer you discounts which you will never get. Froud company Will report them to BBB. This is scam.
Never order anything with these people. They are shady. They were never able to produce the product. I called numerous times to get a refund and each time they had a different story and offered additional discounts to keep the order active. I agreed and they said my product was in production and would ship within a day. 7 days later I called and again, excuses and stories. I finally just gave up and demanded a full refund. I have waited 3 weeks and have called 10 times to get the refund and again, excuses and stories. They refunded $5, the $14 and when I called today asking where the other $90 was, they said someone made a mistake and they would put the refund request in again for the 4th time. I know they were just hoping I would forget about the refund and they would keep the $95. That won; t happen. This company is shady to say the least. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them, you will regret it.
