Never order anything with these people. They are shady. They were never able to produce the product. I called numerous times to get a refund and each time they had a different story and offered additional discounts to keep the order active. I agreed and they said my product was in production and would ship within a day. 7 days later I called and again, excuses and stories. I finally just gave up and demanded a full refund. I have waited 3 weeks and have called 10 times to get the refund and again, excuses and stories. They refunded $5, the $14 and when I called today asking where the other $90 was, they said someone made a mistake and they would put the refund request in again for the 4th time. I know they were just hoping I would forget about the refund and they would keep the $95. That won; t happen. This company is shady to say the least. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them, you will regret it.

I ordered a cover for our rattan cube furniture as the last one had disintegrated after only 2 years and the website said the material was UV proof. The order was placed on the 4th June and I was given a delivery date of the 6th July. I thought this was rather long to wait but given the current situation and the fact that these are made to order I was prepared to accept this. However the 6th came and went without covers and having read the reviews I got rather worried and rang the company on the 7th. I also spoke to somebody in India who was polite and although I couldn't understand him very well he could understand me and promised to expedite my order and that I could expect it after another two weeks. I wasn't happy about this but I was in a position where I had to accept it! True to his word I received an e-mail on the 10th to say that my cover had shipped and gave a Fedex tracking number. When I checked online the order had been picked up and was on its way. The cover arrived today (16th) and fits very well. It has a little extra space for wriggle room which, when used with the zip makes it easy to put on and take off. It is well made and the fabric is heavy duty. Only time will tell if it stands the weather and sunlight. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would order again now I know the waiting time.
Let me start with what is right, their stuff is pretty good. I am having issues with the 4th cover I have bought from them. Another good thing (in the beginning) was Sam in the customer service department, he responded quickly, and he was trying hard to help, but just could not bring in home. After going around and around, many pictures and dimensions being shared, the response was "the dimension of the cover is what is on the website and it is the what you received" I responded "I did not measure my Weber Performer, nor did I look at the dimensions. You have a picture of my exact grill on your website and the cover looks great."I ordered it. It came 4 weeks late, which I was not notified until I called 2 weeks after I should have received it asking for an ETA then they leveled with me. I understand the world is upside down all I would of like was a little notification, don't hide. I get their many emails telling me about their sales. I digressed, I left Sam with a very simple question, "Why does the cover on the website, not look like the cover sent to me"? That was 6 days ago with 2 follow up emails asking for the answer to my question. The most effective marketing is simply take care of the customers you already have new ones cost a lot of money to obtain.
I had a tricky set of curved chairs and tables to cover and was pretty sceptical that the cover would end up fitting. It just arrived and I'm thrilled. Really thick material. Seems very good quality. And fits perfectly.
I paid for express delivery, and my DELIVERY date has been updated twice now. I just started a chat after the second delivery date has been passed (now a month after purchase) and they are now telling me they will "expedite my delivery to be shipped in two weeks".
So now it will SHIP in 2 weeks... despite my DELIVERY date being passed twice now and it already being a month.
Their customer service doesn't even read their system. I have sent them a screenshot showing my delivery date and they just say "you don't have a delivery date, your order is still in production".

COVERSANDALL is undoubtedly a scam. The website seduces you because it looks professional and offers you a big discount on your first order. You can even discuss delivery dates with them via their chat app. Once they have your money the nightmare begins. They don't send covers, and every time you contact them they'll have ready excuses and new expected delivery dates. If you give them an ultimatum for delivering the goods by a certain date they'll promise to meet the new date and will say they're refunding 25% or 50% but the covers never arrive and the money will never go back into your account. They will often send an email promising a full refund within 7-10 days, and it won't arrive. A PayPal dispute is the only way to get your money back.
I believe COVERSANDALL is nothing more than a website scam. Do not be fooled by the website (including lots of fake positive reviews), because you'll thoroughly wish you hadn't.
I ordered covers on 22/5/20 and was given a dispatch day of 17/6/20 still waiting despite contacting them on more than 1 occasion they just try to fob you off don't expect to get anything for your money. I should have looked at this review site before ordering BEWARE!
The service is terrible nearly 4 months and the product hadn't even gone to the design team by the delivery date.
Pointless talking to them on the phone they just apologise and do nothing.
A total waste of money
Same as many of the other 1 star reviews. Was given 2 different delivery dates - no package. I am 80 years old. I hope the employees of this company are proud of themselves for scamming somebody who could be their grandmother!
I ordered the barbecue cover beginning of April and when it did not come had the corona virus working slow letter and a fresh date. Every month after chasing them a fresh date, after 3 months I asked for my money back and no it is done. Now July no cover. Do not use.
They have pushed the delivery date for my order twice, and didn't deliver when they promised. They sell their custom covers on the promise you can have it within two weeks; this is just a lie. Absolutely no customer service; feels like a spam company... not sure if I completely lost my $60.
It seems that this company is the WORST. Ordered covers for $250 chairs to protect them from the elements. Had I known they were coming from India and would take FOREVER, I would have just bought material and made them myself! They STILL haven't even arrived and the online chat people do not seem to know ANYTHING. GUY tells me, "oh, I was looking at the wrong order."
Disappointed - the Cover Tuff fabric (even though it has the word waterproof in its description) turns out it is not waterproof. Cushions still got wet. Customer service just told me that the fabric is not waterproof but water resistant - and with creating a custom cover it is not returnable. So I can purchase a $7 waterproof tarp from Home Depot that will work better than this... Cover is not useable. So please be careful on what you are looking for...

I ordered a custom Chiminea cover. I sent in measurements and photo. Originally said it would be done in 2 weeks. I called several times and got several stories. Once I called twice within 15 minutes. The first man said it was in production. The second man said it was shipping the next day. I constantly was getting different stories. I received the order about 50 days from the original ordering date. The cover did not fit. It wasn't even close. Could only get down about 1/3 way. I am not even going to try to get my money back as I don't want to pay return postage back to India or spend the time on phone as they do not listen to customer. They did not look at my measurements at all. Buyer beware!
Keep you money and but elsewhere their service has been absolutely appalling. Over two months and waiting and still no cover. Customer service is non existent and they don't give you updates.
I ordered a custom logo'd product May 22. I received the product, WITH OUT THE LOGO on it June 24th. When I called to explain the situation (and question why the package came from BannerBuzz) I was spoken down to by the off shore operator. I never received the call back from Customer Service that I was promised. So I emailed and got an equally condescending and broken English email asking for a picture of the product to be sure that I had in fact not received what I had ordered. Of course the picture confirmed everything I had explained, both on the phone and in the email. Their resolution, through incredibly broken written English in my email, is to send me a new one, AT FULL PRICE. Are you kidding me? Why would I pay twice to receive the desired product once? I am cancelling my credit card payment. Total BS. I had ordered the product for an event on June 27, and was SO excited that it arrived on time. Imagine my disappointment when it was not logo'd as ordered. Avoid them at all costs.
