Ten weeks, today, since I place a very simple order for a square firepit cover. Nothing fancy, just a standard cover. And yet, it's taken this long. I've had numerous instant messaging conversations with someone from "customer service" who is clearly copy & pasting their responses to me. I'm going to do a charge back with my bank and take my business else where. I'd highly recommend you do the same. Stay well away from this scam operation.
Initially my order was to arrive BY June 30th, then I received an updated stating arrive by July 2nd. On July 3rd, I called and was told "maybe July 20th". My order was still in "Production" in India not Georgia. I have zero confidence my order completing, shipping and arriving to my home from India within that time frame. On one hand, they blame COVID, but on the other, I keep receiving emails with SALES every week. I cannot speak on the product at this point, however based on my experience, I don't plan on returning as a customer. I don't like smoke being blown up my butterfly. A simple fire pit cover. I placed the order back on April 22,2020. As of July 3,2020, (over two months), the only thing I have received is false hope with three delivery dates that never worked out. I requested a refund for delivery charges, since they far exceeded their 8-10 day delivery guarantee, and never received an update.
Based on other reviews, I am clearly not the only victim of their inability to provide a product. I am not even sure it will be delivered, and good luck with a refund. I only wish I would have read the reviews before placing the order.
My last updated delivery was a week ago. Called this morning (they use an oversees call center) and was told it would ship in 2 weeks. Can't cancel, too late I'm told even though they're behind in production and haven't started my order. Hope it arrives this year.

Ordered covers and then told they would take a monthe to deliver. Then two days late i tried to call their websote with no answer. I used the message chat box on their website and then was told they are behind and it will be another month to be delivered! They offered to refund my shiping costs lol which was free shipping anyway... i have asked for a refund then the chat went dead...
Having ordered curtains some time ago, delivery has been delayed a few times. On getting a tracking number it seems the damned things are coming from India!
Buyer beware, this company advertises that they "ship within two days" and they "dont have delays due to COVID", however, I placed an order almost a month ago and I still do not have my order. This company is shipping out of India, so their orders can get caught up in customs which will always add delays. How can they advertise no delays?
After reaching out to customer service, they simply relay the tracking number and say "it will be there soon". They did not ship my order until EXACTLY 17 days after I placed the order. Then said the order would be here on June 22nd. Its now June 23rd and still no order. After doing my own tracking, it looks like the order just arrived in the states and is "on hold" in customs in Ohio. I will update this review if I get my order before July...

Not worth the stress!
I ordered 2 custom made items from this company & paid for express delivery. Ordered on 8th April and hadn't received a month later.
Followed up & advised express delivery would be credited.
Finally received goods at the end of May & discovered the products have been made in the wrong colour!
We informed them immediately and also followed up our credit for express delivery. It is now almost a full month after we received the incorrect goods. We have finally received a credit for express delivery - after much hounding, however this company refuses to accept they manufactured our product in the wrong colour. Their website shows a dark grey and we were sent a very light grey / silver. Not what was advertised on their site and not what we ordered.
They have requested several photos, which we obliged every time. They accused us of taking photos in daylight which they claim makes the colour look different. They made even more requests for photos - which clearly show they are the wrong colour, and we obliged again and took these indoors to eliminate the lighting issue. They then requested a video too! Which we supplied. The call centre hung up when we tried to have a conversation about the issue!
This company refuses to acknowledge their fault and are doing their best to frustrate us and hope we go away. We will not!

I purchased 4 covers for machinery from this company on May 12,2020. It was accompanied with a discount offered called MAY25 which was 25% off at the time of the purchase. They charged my credit card for the full amount and never applied the offered discount. I contacted them several times to get the discount and they promised to credit it back to my card. THEY NEVER DID. Buy from them if you want the product (it is good), but DO NOT DO IT BECAUSE OF THE DISCOUNT INCENTIVE. IT IS A FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT. F McMullen, Texas
First, this company represents they are located in and produce their covers in the US. This is not true and so because they start off with such a bold face lie you should be very wary. We looked for reviews and stopped after the first two google listing just to find out those reviews were from their paid page... keep scrolling you'll find the real reviews.
We ordered on May 2nd 2020 when they had a big banner across their page that said their production and delivery was not effected by Covid-19. We ordered 3 products costing a total of $486. Two weeks after the promised delivery date and after many messages we then started getting the often messages for more information of to review our proof for customization. We reject the proof - they changed our logo for some reason! We waited another 2 weeks for a second proof that was exactly the same as the first proof we had rejected. Then a third! At this point we had spent hours in messages and chat and they apparently were not capable of getting the job done. We requested a refund in which they kept just saying we are sorry for the delays... because we actually wanted the covers we settled for a 15% refund promised within 2 weeks and expedited production and delivery (refund never arrived, I'll be placing a charge back with Amex showing them the chat transcript) Items were set to be delivered last week and still have not arrived, there is no tracking and of course they do not respond to email. I would say at this point my belief that their site is a scam site or they have been hit hard by covi-19 and are not willing to admit they are in trouble are fairly confirmed. We don't expect to receive the products we paid for and have decided to pursue it with our credit card. IF you run across Cover & All in your search for product just keep looking and I'd suggest making a call to their customer service prior to ordering to determine if they are actually who they represent they are.
I ordered a custom cover for my outdoor table. They claim the cover is waterproof. It is not. The water went right through the cover and permanently damaged the wood on my outdoor table, imprinting its texture right to the table. I contacted the company and their customer service was worse than the product. The purpose of the cover is to protect the item you're covering, not to damage it. If you want your item damaged, this is the place to shop. The purpose of customer service is to make things right. If you want the middle finger, this is the place to shop.

Just received a E mail from your feed back review. First and foremost I DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER! Your employee did with out my consent! After waiting a month for my order your employee stated it would take a another month to get my order. I informed that I am not waiting another month and do not have time to continue this conversation due to having to leave for work and I would call back later. After returning home that day after work and checking my E mails there was one from your company stating that my order was canceled. I again called and stated tat the person I talked to canceled my order without my consent and want my order reinstated. I was told the order will arrive in two weeks. A couple days later I receive another E mail stating my order was canceled and my money refunded. I have never seen such incompetence as shown by your employees. You just lost a customer!
Ordered my Brbq cover 2 months ago, after getting constant automated emails, (asking for more information (not sure what they wanted I sent pictures of brbq etc) but never getting responses from my emails/replies, I finally asked for a refund and still have not received it. Order a cubed table cover 11May with a delivery date of 1 June - no notification of delay - contacted firm via web and was informed a further delay of 4-5 weeks due to COVID-19. I ordered a custom cover for outdoor furniture.
Their website stated that their supply lines were unaffected by COVID-19, but they have not delivered. They have missed 3 self imposed deadlines to deliver and have asked my for more money (almost double) which I stupidly paid.
I opened a claim via Paypal, they tried to trick me into giving up my rights by accepting a 10% refund. Then they called me and tried to convince me to close the case. I have been completely willing to accept longer lead times but i now believe this a SCAM operation.
I would NEVER recommend this business. Please avoid.
I ordered a small custom cover on 5/2/20 with an estimated delivery of 5/22/20. On 6/1 I have not received my cover. I checked with Covers & All and now my delivery is pushed out 4 more weeks. Terrible service!
Do not buy from this company... They will not process your order as promised. I placed an order on May 12th for a BBQ cover and was to be delivered June 1st. Order still says processing and will not be ready for at least another 3 weeks because it is sent out to a production house. I have called and got hung up on when asked what are they going to do for me. Went to their text help it took 16 minutes to get a human to help. Results cancelled order. Again do not buy from this company.
I found their website, loved that they seemed to be in the states. I did all the measuring tried to call... long waits and when I was next in line hang up. Ok, I understand with the COVID 19 and all. I finally got to someone in INDIA. I have dealt with people over there but he and I couldn't communicate well at all.He told me that when I placed my order and sent pictures of my built-in grill, someone would call me to discuss my order before they started making my cover. Now Im thinking that if I get someone like this gentleman I would not get the right fitting. I was told that if there was a problem with my cover ( it didn't fit or any other reason) I would have to ship it back to them, not to GA where their main headquarters is but to India, MY DIME.
