I bought the heavy vinyl covers last year and am amazed at how great they are. Perfect fit with my measurements. We live in very cold and harsh winters. They were perfect in May when I took them off and furniture was totally protected. The order came when they predicted it would. I am ordering now for a cover for new table and chairs. I couldn't be more pleased with their products.

When I received my shipment and opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the quality of the material, then, after I unfolded the cover and examined the stitching and design I was starting to appreciate this cover even more. It fits as I hoped it would and it looks very nice on my deck. I expect to get many years of use from it. I live on the East Coast of Canada in the Province of New Brunswick and we get very diverse weather, from some winters of bitter cold and some of 5-10 feet of snow.our summers can get quite humid and hot and dry and I believe that this product is the one for the job. Ordered a round cover for a trapezoid paver fire pit (round); specified requirements with the Covers & All representative via telephone vice an online order necessary to specify Velcro strap placement requirements; company failed to meet my required specifications. Requested a return label and refund - told via email that no refund can be authorized. Who would request Velcro straps (four) to be placed on the inside of a round cover for a round trapezoid paver firepit. Also, I asked if the product was made in the USA; I was told that it was! NOT! Product made and shipped from India; False representation at time of purchase! Lastly, I was unable to check status of order online from the purchase date to receipt of product.
I ordered a square fire pit cover and received a cover where the top was 30x24. NOT a Square. They were sad i was not happy with my SQUARE fire pit cover but could do nothing about it. Only sell me another with a small discount..

I was very excited to receive the cover I custom ordered. The cover was for a 12 foot shuffleboard table. I needed a black cover to match the rest of my furniture in the room. Unfortunately, when I received the order the cover was grey. I called the customer service line. First, this is not a company out of the United States as the website would have you believe. This is a company in India. The customer service agent told me I ordered grey. I told him that I don't believe I did, but either way I needed to return what I had. I said that I'd even be willing to pay the shipping or a restocking fee. He told me it was not possible because the factory was in India, but that I could contact the help email. I did so. The person responding told me the same thing, that I had ordered grey. At this point I just want a cover, so I explain look, I don't believe I did, but fine. I get you don't want to lose money on just sending me a new one, so work with me on giving me a good deal. I don't feel as though I did anything wrong, but again I just want the black cover. The customer service representative wouldn't budge. They offered me minuscule discounts twice, and upon a third time said that there was nothing else I could do but buy a new cover. I don't understand; the company has already made their money on my original purchase. Even though I don't feel I ordered incorrectly I still agreed to purchase a new one at a heavy discount any pay shipping so it wouldn't cost them anything and I'd still get my necessary cover. This is very bad customer service. The representative cared nothing about trying to make the situation better for all parties. If the cover I originally ordered had come correctly and had been the right cover I would have had a good experience. The cover they sent seems pretty well made and should do the job. But it's not what I need. This is not a good way to retain a customer who would have gladly used the company again for patio furniture and other various needs.
I received the cover with the wrong dimensions. They requested multiple photos and measurements and failed to resolve the issue. DO NOT DEAL with this company.

I ordered a custom cover with 82" width. When it came, it said 62" width on the outside. I contacted the company and they told me to unwrap the product and take a picture with a tape measure and send it to them to be sure it was incorrect and they assured me they would send a replacement. When I did this, I found the product was actually 104" width. I sent them the pictures, and then they told me that they would not send a replacement that they want me to take the defective product and put it on my item to show them that it does not fit properly. I told them that I would certainly not do this because I have already demonstrated that the product was different than what was ordered. They insist that I must do this in order to get a replacement, so I contacted my credit card company.
Bottom line: While mistakes happen, this company has terrible customer service.
I ORDERED A 13.5'X18' awning with grommets on one foot centers on Oct. 12,2018, which was promised for Nov 1st. On Nov 5th I received an email stating it would be 5-7 days late due to weather delay. Turns out that CoversandAll products are manufactured in India and, when it rains there, the roads are closed down, delaying deliveries. It finally arrived on November 24th with a grommet missing on one of the holes and stitched seam across the middle which leaks like a seive. Their online advertising promises 100% leak proof heat sealed seams. My email complaint has produced zero results. So I called their telephone number. Twice I talked with personnel in India. Each time they assured me I would be receiving a return call with in 24 hours. NO RESPONSE. It is now January 14,2018 and I have received no response to my numerous complaints. I'M DONE WITH COVERSANDALL!
I ordered 7 covers from Covers&all which was a big mistake. When they arrived, 2 were incorrectly cut (based on the furniture manufacturer's specifications) and all came bunched in a compressed box which produced severe wrinkles that won't smooth out under any circumstances. The covers are extremely cheap looking and cheaply manufactured as they tear easily.
In addition, the customer service department is a total waste of time as they are in India and will not follow-up on anything they promise. I've called and sent emails several times, sent dozens of pictures that they've ask for but they will never contact you back with any resolution outside of a false promise that someone will contact you. It seems that their policy is to ignore and hope that the customer will eventually go away.

I am waiting for a shipment promised August 24,2018 in which I have been back and forth many times with them saying it would arrive any day (although the tracking from DHL shows the item sitting in India). Coversandall claimed that DHL system has bugs and it would arrive any moment.
Finally I personally had to call DHL and DHL confirms they have shipped nothing.

This is directly from DHL whom I had to call and track the item after asking your organization three separate times where is my order, with responses that included "DHL system has bugs" and finally three days ago you wrote "yes you will have the package in next two days max".

"I apologize that this package has no been updated. I know how important it is for you.
Unfortunately, our records indicate that your shipment has not been physically handed over to DHL yet. The shipping label was made, but the package has not been shipped out. I suggest contacting the shipper to see when it will be shipped out. Once it is we will be able to provide you an estimated delivery date. My system does not indicate that the sender has dropped it off, or asked for DHL to pick it up yet. "
I have all emails recorded from them, to them, responses and finally checking with DHL to determine that they never shipped anything. Still waiting.

After finding this company online, I emailed them requesting samples. They responded immediately and sent me the samples within a week. I then ordered two custom covers and paid for them with PayPal and got a 15% discount. The covers arrived a week ahead of the projected date. I'm so impressed with the quality and fit of both covers.
