Unless you do significant research, you would never know this is a company in India. Website promises quick, Not! Contact customer support, all lies and rarely a half truth about the real status of your order. After many failed ship dates, you then realize its being shipped from India! Another month.
The company's website is relatively easy to navigate and the options (pre-made or custom) are clearly defined. There are also various quality levels depending on how harsh the weather is where you live. The product is well made and fits the furniture snugly to minimize risk of being blown off by high winds. The timeframe from ordering to delivery is protracted (which may be secondary to Covid 19 or because the product appears to be shipped from India) and the website is confusing as to the order status. In fact, I received several emails indicating a delivery date which was completely inaccurate -- when I questioned this, I was informed that that was the projected timeframe (which does not necessarily correlate to the actual delivery). Despite this, I am pleased with the end result and will, if I need additional covers, return to Covers and All.
Ordered a fire pit cover. Took close to 2 months to arrive but customer service was prompt when I inquired. The quality of the cover was excellent and fit was perfect. Will be ordering a grill cover as well soon as the ones I have gotten in the past are not as nice as this cover.
These covers exceeded our expectations - very sturdy and perfect size. They are perfect for our windy balcony. Service was quite quick.
I placed an order for the top of the line hanging swing waterproof cover. I included 3 photos and all possible measurements. Had a few questions so attempted an online chat. Convinced it was a robot. Received an email asking for photos and measurements and recommending velcro, not zipper. I called on July 14th and confirmed that they had photos and measurements and agent agreed that a zipper would most likely be more waterproof. She promised to call me back with answers. Since that time I've received 2 emails a day asking for photos and measurement. Recommending velcro for my CHAIR. I wrote back that it was not a chair but a 60 hanging sofa. Many calls and emails - and still no answers. I've been on hold for 30 minutes - after waiting for a call back.
I ordered on line and then had to call and make size changes late in the game.
The changes were made with no problem.
So far, though I have not gone through the winter using my curtain yet, I am very impressed with the quality of the product.

I have ordered custom covers 4 different times from Covers And All, which obviously shows my satisfaction with the superior quality of their covers. Patience is required because the covers are custom made to your dimensions. The quality is second to none. I recently ordered a light weight cover for summer use on an offset umbrella because the heavy duty cover I had previously ordered, because of being exposed to winter conditions, was to heavy and cumbersome for frequent use. The new light weight cover is much more manageable. I highly recommend buying only custom made covers, and Covers And All is your best source.

Our covers have faded badly with in the first couple of months of receiving them. I did contact the company and they said the covers would fade, after I sent two emails before receiving a reply. Very disappointed in the lack of any attempt to rectify the situation. I have recommended them to several people, who I have now gone back to them and share our more recent experience and advised them to find another source for covers.
Very happy with the purchase of an outdoor fire pit cover. Took quite a while to get here but it was well worth the wait. Heavy duty and well constructed with nice little touches. Thank you for a cover that will last for years to come.

Ordered on April 27 and received the covers on June 9. This was much longer than initially indicated, however, given COVid, it was understandable. The covers fit and are well constructed for a reasonable price.
I feel relieved, that the product worked since returning items appears, according to other reviewers, to be costly and difficult. I was sent a complimentary zipper bag to thank me for my patience. Knowing the return policy now, I probably won't order from this company in the future.
