We ordered a custom cover for our large outdoor sectional. After supplying multiple measurements the cover arrived and fit perfectly. I was not expecting a perfect fit, so was very happy. The material is thick and seems durable. Highly recommend!
We purchased 4 for the skylights in our family room. In the past, we had put up pieces of wood to cover the skylights during the summer (family room unbearably hot with all that light). By adding the 60% mesh covers, we have cut down the direct light (while keeping usable light) and the heat. A great addition to our room.
Ordered tuff tarp. It is waterproof and heavy but is very stretchy. Wanted a tight cover but had to adjust the installation to get it to work the way we needed it to. Had called to ask questions. Got one clueless and rude representative and one very nice and helpful representative. Paid extra for expedited shipping yet the order was still over a week late. Website shows location as Lawrenceville, GA but factory and shipping is from India. So, not made in the USA.
I am very happy with the covers I received. It was a difficult design with a couple of unusually shaped pieces of exercise equipment. The time frames represented on the website for design, build and deliver were not accurate as it did take a little longer than expected. Also, most of my interaction was with customer service and designers in India. My covers were shipped from India. That was probably the reason for the delay. I also felt like when I was interacting on the chat line that it was some sort of artificial intelligence that provided canned responses and not actual people. But in the end a received a good product in a reasonable amount of time.
The sales associate who helped me was fabulous. She spend about 40 minutes on the phone, helping me measure etc.

Quality covers should hold up well to our Minnesota winters, took awhile to receive but received when expected with all the $#*! going on in the world today.

Although we had to wait longer than we'd hoped (due to Covid 19 related production delays), the product arrived and was exactly what we had ordered.
Had a slight problem initially trying to fit it over our round garden table, as it was so stiff and the elastic edge was so strong, it kept slipping off as we were trying to stretch it over the table.
Kind of like trying to fit a small plastic food cover over a bowl that's too big! However, once we got it on and it was in the sun for a while and allowed to 'relax' it was no problem.
I would suggest when it's delivered you take it out of the package and leave it out in the sun to 'relax' for a few hours. Then it fits like a glove. Very pleased with purchase and "YES" I would use and recommend this company again.
Today is August 12,2020; I placed an order for 4 items on May 28th. I am still waiting. The first date that I was given for arrival was July 1,2020; that came and went without any notification from the company. I finally got through to them after being disconnected 3 times and having to get back in queue over and over. Then it was July 9th, nothing, no notification, just nothing from them. I called again and requested an email response to my conversation, which I got, stating that the covers would arrive within 12 days. Well, surprise surprise, it has been over a month, as you can see from the date above. Again I called and got disconnected several times and now the date is August 22. Seeing is believing. I have had to keep my outdoor cushions inside all summer so they don't get water logged from thunderstorms. The gentleman said that the problem is COVID and 50% of their employees are out-I suspect sick because there is work for them! Maybe the products will be great... I can only hope! UPDATE: Today it is August 23,2020, and I am updating this review. Did my covers show up on August 22,2020, as promised ONCE AGAIN. NO THEY DID NOT. Once again I heard nothing from the company and will probably be spending a lot of time on hold and getting disconnected tomorrow-I am waiting for Monday. This is absolutely infuriating. Each time I only get an email after I have bitterly complained in a phone call, and then they send assurances that I will receive delivery on the new date because my order is of the highest priority. NOTHING AND NO COMMUNICATION UNLESS I INITIATE IT. SECOND UPDATE: Low and behold on September 3,2020, my covers showed up via FEDEX. Other than they will be here soon, I never received any tracking information nor an email saying your covers have been delivered. Given all of the above, the product is excellent. They fit like a glove, are very heavy weight and I am extremely pleased with the end product. So, basically, if you want the covers be prepared to wait 3 months for them.
Ordered speaker covers on 9 May 2020. They had a delivery date of 29 May. They did not arrive and no communications from the company. When I finally got a hold of them they said COVID-19 is causing delays and the said the new date would be 15 June. Again a no show, then they said 24 July, no show. And now I can't even get them to answer the phone. They cannot blame COVID-19 on their lack of communications and their lousy customer service.
Cover was made based on manufacturers measurements BUT was made too wide and as a result was to long by a lot (probably at least 13 inchs to long)! They wanted to charge me to remake it to my measurements.
Very pleased with the cover we ordered. It does a great job keeping rain off our lava rocks and the color blends pretty well with the fire pit stones.
I have no issue with the end product - my dissatisfaction lies in inaccurate promises. From the original date I was promised the cover - to when I actually received the cover was over 4 weeks late. I completely understand manufacturing being short-handed due to the virus - but then don't continue to quote dates that come and go without receiving the product. I was promised at least 3 different delivery dates that were not made. Again - the cover is great - just please be honest with your estimated delivery dates. Don't quote something that simply isn't possible and won't happen.
Ordered 6-4- was told it was a stock item- since then I have had 4 promises of a delivery date- once by email and phone, and three on website text chat. Absolute worse bunch of excuse makers I've ever seen- stay away unless you want to wait 90 days or more to get a single cover- they dont mind keeping your money
