I ordered on 7/18/20 and paid $45 for express delivery. I was told it would arrive 7/27/20. Then I got an email that it was delayed because of covid and that it would arrive on 8/4/10. I requested express delivery refund because I had to buy a tarp to cover my table in the meantime. They then emailed saying it would arrive on 8/10/20, but no mention of giving me a refund. Two days ago I tried doing the online chat with them and it kept saying 'just a moment, I am directing this to the correct person'. It is now 8/17/20 and I received an email this morning that it is shipping... from India! No idea when I'll finally get it. I do not know the quality yet, this is only a review about the customer service and truth in shipping info.
I believe this company is a fake company I ordered from them it has been two months I still not have received my product every time I get an email saying that it's going to be another week then I called the company they want to give me a 10% discount but there still going to ship the product and give me another two week date out and then the product doesn't come then I called them back they wanna give me 10% more off and give me another two week date and still the product never comes I would not order from this company I've had five different dates pushed out don't order stay away from this company
They never sent me my product but claim it was delivered. They gave me 2 separate tracking numbers for one package. One was delivered to a other state that I don't live in. The other says "no delivery date available." They don't respond to the chats. You call the customer service number, wait on a queue and then you get a recording that no one can take your call. You call back and opt for the prompt for a call back but you get a automated call back stating, guess what? No one can take your call. I'll be disputing this charge on my CC and reporting this company. Complete waste of time and money.
Promised to deliver covers on three different dates. We still do not have covers. Paid expedited shipping and still no delivery. Promised to credit back delivery charges and still no credit. Many promises without any results. Blamed it on COVID19 after assuring us that the company was fully operating with no issues regarding COVID19. We asked questions before purchasing during COVID19 and the company assured us that they were able to operate on time. Now it is COVID19 fault. We asked for a full refund back on a product we paid for a long time ago and not received. They promised to guarantee delivery on August 10,2020 NOTHING! We tried several times to call and phones are not picking up on orders already purchased. Called again through new sales line and guess what? Someone picked up to sell us a new product. They have the man power to take your new order and money but ignore current customers who have paid them.

This company has a disgustingly poor level of customer service. They gladly took my money and extra payments to guarantee delivery was met. Two days later they tried to postpone by 12 days. I explained that I would not be in the country and would have to cancel the order. Since then I have tried to call them several times and written many emails with absolutely no response at all. Do not do business with these people!
The lies about shipping don't stop. It took two months to get the cover that didn't fit. They blame it on covid. Which I can understand to a point. But don't take the money for expedite shipping if you know you can't deliver. They keep changing the shipping date. I was told numerous times it would be shipped in a week or two and all the time frames came and went. Then when I finally did arrive... It didn't fit. Too small! This company is a scam. Do not use them. Don't fall for their discounts. There is a reason they are cheaper.
I ordered a cover in early April which I still have not received. Every week I was told it would be shipped the filling week. When you call they give you the same line. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I understand with the virus things happen but 4 months that's crazy. And the lies that it would ship next week every time you call. Finally cancelled order and just received my refund.
Ordered a custom cover for our outdoor fire column. The company is INSISTING that we ordered a "standard tapered" column cover (and CONVENIENTLY the Confirmation Email shows NO dimensions or price!) and are unwilling to correct their mistake. The dimensions of our piece do not even closely resemble those of the cover that we received. The customer service motto is: "Customers are our Number 1 Priority and we strive to make sure every transaction you have with us is a pleasant one". Our experience has been one of shirking responsibility, interestingly having no supervisors available, placing blame on us for... getting EVERY SINGLE measurement wrong(Is that even possible!)... and then quoting us on a completely NEW order for the cover that we need. WTAF!? Steer clear!
Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I have never been so stressed out dealing with a company before.
I order a table cover in May, with a delivery date of June. In Early July I called and was given a date july with a rebate of 20 dollars on my order. It is now August with no rebate no refund and no product, on top of that I have called their 1-800 service only to wait in queue several times only to get dropped.

Receive covers for my grill and outdoor barstools. Everything fits very well and the quality of the material is excellent.
One small glitch is that one cover is missing one of the corner straps that secure tight to the stool. Waiting on a response from the company on how they plan on rectifying that.
I ordered my product on June 11,2020 and continually get excuses on product delays. Today is 8/1/2020 and I am told yet another excuse and that will product may be ready by the end of next week. I will never do business with this company again. They told me a month ago that my order was in production and would be ready in a week when I wanted to cancel the order. Today, over a month later, they tell me that my order is now in production and will be done in a week. Avoid this business as they are very dishonest.

Spoke on a chat line to them today and they said 6 or 7 more weeks. I asked for a full refund which they would not confirm and then they stopped responding on the chat. We ordered our product on June 17 and promised delivery by July 2. It was then promised the next week saying they were 2 weeks behind. Then it was promised the next week. Then they promised delivery by July 27. It still hasn't arrived. This company makes promises it doesn't intend to keep. I have no faith this company will actually deliver a product because of the amount of lies they spit out. Do not order from this company unless you want your money stolen.
Order placed 5/18; 3 CHATS with personnel repeatedly stating it will be shipped in "1 week". Last CHAT 7/29 with the same outcome- refund requested. Personnel will only reimburse for 'shipping', and 10% of item. After questioned, personnel stated item was in "stitching" phase, but would not guarantee anything. Requested to speak with supervisor, but was refused stating they had given update on status.

This company is a complete fraud. Today is 7/28/2020. I placed my order on 5/15/2020 for a Customized Grill Cover for my husband for Father's Day. I ordered over a month early even though they are located here in the Atlanta where I live. I didn't want to chance it being late. I got an email on May 18th with an updated shipping date of 6/10/2020. On 5/29/2020 I received another email confirming the 6/10/2020 arrival date. I was excited it would arrive before Father's Day. I didn't receive the product prior to Father's day so I contacted them several times over the next few weeks getting an automated machine message that led to nowhere. I finally got a person the last week of June who assured me that she could see in her computer that the cover was in "printing as we speak" and would be shipped immediately. I got an updated delivery date of 7/17/2020. Well today is 7/28/2020 and I called several times until I got Betsy on the phone. She placed me on hold for a long time and came back to tell me that I would receive my order in the middle of August. That's it. I asked for a refund and she sent me an email saying it would take 3-5 business days to process my refund. I'm not even sure that will happen. If it doesn't I plan to take them to court. I'm done with this scam!
