I ordered these months ago and they have still not arrived. The scheduled delivery date has changed so many times it's absurd. And calling or chatting online is useless, all they do is promise another two weeks, that comes and go. Then, I am even more frustrated because they send me ads that pop up in my browser wanting me to buy more of their products.

I placed my order on July 19th and was quoted a delivery date of August 3. Then it was updated. Then it was updated again. Finally I was told it would arrive 9/9. It's 9/15, and today their chat service told me it would be shipped in another week (which, from all the other reviews here, sounds like BS). I have absolutely no tolerance for lying and that's exactly what happened here. I'm so sick of companies with poor service leaning on COVID-19 as an excuse for their lack of preparation. I work for a large e-retailer and we have been clear since day one about our lead times being extended. We figured it out. Everyone else has figured it out. Who, at coversandall.com, is asleep at the wheel? Your Director of Operations needs to be fired.

I paid these people $100 for something I needed this summer, and now here we are, my patio furniture is being rained on, I have no covers, and their weak solution is to refund my shipping? FORGET IT. Order from literally anyone else. These people are liars. Now I'm stuck waiting for something I barely even want anymore. Will NEVER do business with coversandall.com again!

Whatever they say on shipping timeline... Dont believe. Once my order was received they missed multiple shipping dates i was sent emails on. Customer service said every time it's "in production"... It wasn't or they would have shipped out the order. Customer service does reply timely but i no longer believe anything they tell me. Last order i will submit to them

Very poor experience
October 3, 2020

Placed an order for a new grill cover in Mid June. After several inquiries, many excuses and finally saying in the end of August that if it doesn't ship next week cancel the order, they shipped a cover that was at least 30% oversized. 2½ months for a miserable fail. I was sent emails saying 'your order will be delivered xx/xx but when I didn't get any tracking info or delivery & inquired, I was told it was 'in production'. Here's what they sent vs. the old cover. I could just as easily put a garbage bag over the grill as use this.
Save your time, money and aggravation for something worthwhile.

Buyer beware Covers & All is not a trustworthy company. They took my monies but never delivered my covers. I have had many conversations with them and they tell you that you will be credited in two days. I been dealing with this since April. There are many other great companies to buy covers from but stay away from Covers & All. They are just a scam.

I have mixed feelings about Coversandall.ca. I placed an online order at the beginning of June for a pretty standard size fire table cover. The site featured a good/better/best type of product. I live in Calgary which can have long and harsh winters so I opted for the "best" cover. I finally received my order on August 31 after several emails as well phone calls to Customer Service. The good... the cover fits like a glove and is very good quality. The price was reasonable as well (around $100 CAD). For that I would have issued a 5/5 star rating. The bad... It took three months to arrive from India (the product is not made in Canada as I was lead to believe from the site). I received two email confirmations that my order was shipping. On both occasions I received additional emails saying that was not the case and an additional 7-12 business days were required. I sent several icey emails demanding to know why my order date keeps getting pushed out. Each time the reason was Covid-19 delays. I understand that is a legitimate reason, however 3 months is not acceptable, Covid-19 or not. I also tried calling a number of times. On several occasions an automated attended answered saying my call is third or fourth in sequence. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes or longer, when it was my turn to speak with a live rep, the line was disconnected. Very frustrating! When I dis speak with "Ralph" he guaranteed me my order would be expedited and rushed and that I would ger it in 2 weeks. I told him I was done waiting and wanted a credit which he did his best to talk me out of. I gave him one last shot however had no confidence that I would get the cover and was probably out $100. Miraculously it finally showed up however the wait and aggravation was snot worth it and I will not recommend this company to anyone even though their product is great when it finally arrived. Buyer Beware is all I'm sayin'.

My order has been delayed 4 times. They are liars and this company is a fraud. They outsource their customer service and the people are not equipped to handle problems. They are reading from a script. The wait time to speak to them is at least 30 min and it often hangs up on you. It's beyond maddening. They keep using covid as an excuse but they should be upfront about that before people place the orders. Still don't have my product and am likely calling my credit card company to challenge the purchase and get my money back.

What a joke... terrible

My order took over 2 months to receive after three revised delivery updates and three phone calls stating my order was "in production"... sent the exact dimensions I needed for my outdoor heater and after receiving the order yesterday it was TOO BIG with the top dimensions off by 2" which caused the bottom to touch the ground with overlap!

I gave it two stars only because the materials and color were as described!

This Company is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE...
Stress and frustration! BUY FROM SOME OTHER COMPANY... trust this entry!

We were looking for out door covers for our patio furniture. We thought we had found the answer with Covers and All as the site looked like they had everything we needed and more. We placed order 13th of July with estimated delivery of 7/31/20. Today is Sept 1st and we still do not have anything. When we call all they keep saying is delays due to covid and our order is in production. No status on where it is in production or what our eta is. They also hung up on us 2-3 times. The chat box is also a waste as there are no definitive answers to our questions on ETAs. They will also not refund our money. Will have to complain to BBB. Sigh. We were so looking forward to doing more business with them too.

Please be very careful of this company. I spent a great deal of money on having a treadmill cover made, I provided tape measurements and manufacturer's measurements from the manual. The cover was not made to measurements supplied, customer service representatives are obstructive and will not take any responsibility if the covers do not fit. They did not take any responsibility and blame the customer with multiple emails and providing false claims of original measurements.

Do not spend your money on having products made by this company!

Buyer Beware! Don't trust Fake Reviews on their website or hundreds of their Paid Reviews (from India). Grill cover did not fit at all, looks terrible, cheap material. Terrible quality shipped from some guys house in India! Cheapens any grill, it was an embarrassment to try to put it on my Wolf OG36 $6000 grill. Cheap oversize plastic tarp with terrible quality. Even "custom font and text" was way too large from what I submitted. After calling, I was given a run around via e-mail to resubmit measurements. They copy and paste their generic customer service replies. Never got my refund or a rework of a complete disaster of a grill cover. Should AUDIT their scam of a business since they don't even may import tariffs for shipping/importing from India direct to the consumer. What a scam, stay away. Spend a few more bucks and get a quality cover from a trusted company. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and a headache! I don't usually take time to write reviews but just could not let this one go.

Still not received. Appears to have been lying in Mumbai India for four days. Had I known it was coming from India I would have had it made locally. Hopeless service.

Seriously don't. Unless you want to pay fur things you'll never see then have to fight the bank for your money back. It's been over month since I've placed my order for a STANDARD queen futon cover and my delivery date was weeks ago. I used their "tracking system" and it says "still in production"! Not a word from customer service either. Trying to recover my $90 but it may be a loss. Don't make my mistake, SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!
