I have mixed feelings about Coversandall.ca. I placed an online order at the beginning of June for a pretty standard size fire table cover. The site featured a good/better/best type of product. I live in Calgary which can have long and harsh winters so I opted for the "best" cover. I finally received my order on August 31 after several emails as well phone calls to Customer Service. The good... the cover fits like a glove and is very good quality. The price was reasonable as well (around $100 CAD). For that I would have issued a 5/5 star rating. The bad... It took three months to arrive from India (the product is not made in Canada as I was lead to believe from the site). I received two email confirmations that my order was shipping. On both occasions I received additional emails saying that was not the case and an additional 7-12 business days were required. I sent several icey emails demanding to know why my order date keeps getting pushed out. Each time the reason was Covid-19 delays. I understand that is a legitimate reason, however 3 months is not acceptable, Covid-19 or not. I also tried calling a number of times. On several occasions an automated attended answered saying my call is third or fourth in sequence. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes or longer, when it was my turn to speak with a live rep, the line was disconnected. Very frustrating! When I dis speak with "Ralph" he guaranteed me my order would be expedited and rushed and that I would ger it in 2 weeks. I told him I was done waiting and wanted a credit which he did his best to talk me out of. I gave him one last shot however had no confidence that I would get the cover and was probably out $100. Miraculously it finally showed up however the wait and aggravation was snot worth it and I will not recommend this company to anyone even though their product is great when it finally arrived. Buyer Beware is all I'm sayin'.
