The worst company I have ever dealt with. When you actually get to talk to someone you find out they answer the phone in India. My order is 2 months late, and they just give you false dates and expectations. Very disappointed. This is my first review ever of any business, I feel there is no other option.

Order very specific color and fabric sent pictures and called, the work is farmed out to India and unfortunately they were not able to read the English notes, got something totally different was charged for express shipping on top of it and delivered it 3 weeks late. Called to discuss and never got a call back. You get what you pay for and in this case a scam- 4500 positive reviews that In it's self should tell you it's a scam set up no bots. Original color was supposed to be tan I got blue wtf
We went ahead and spent a lot of money for our custom cover. That one was great and it fit amazing. The one for our chair was too small. There was an error in their website and they REFUSE to admit it. So now I'm stuck with something I can't use and need to order from them again in order to match our other cover.
I'm truly disappointed in this company and their customer service. The reason I gave it two stars was because their quality (when correct) is actually pretty good.

Order placed on 9/20/20 - following their website directions. I confirmed thru a chat (horrible) that the dimensions are what I need. I trust them and order cover for $265. I get shipping confirmation that just tells me it shipped, but you can't track it. The sketch on the email IS NOT RIGHT! Tried a chat - got cut off 5 times. On hold for 40 minutes. I get a fedex tracking number that just tells me it shipped from GANDHINAGAR, GJ IN. No in transit, no movement showing. Email says I will get it 10/16/20. Fingers crossed it arrives and it's RIGHT. If it is I will add a star to my rating. Right now I feel like I've been DUPED!
I called in my order and provided the size of the tire, finalized the order and payment to a person in the US. A month later the tire cover arrived and the size was very wrong. The diameter and height had been reversed by the person working at the company taking orders. I called to get the order corrected and was told I had to send an email to *******@coversandall.com and explain the situation and to expect a response in 24-48 hrs. Five days later called back and had to send the email with pictures and case number again. Called back again and they did not have the case again. Calls go to India and you cannot understand them. They have no response when they say they will. They tell you they will email you back and they send text message responses. Cannot get any resolution for the error that was made by the employee. Do not order from this company because they will not even say what needs to be done to get the cover fixed and in the correct size. They will not talk to me and state it is not their responsibility.
I ordered 4 covers in May from Covers and All and it took a really long time to receive them. Because of the Covid. When I received them, there was one that was too small despite the meticulous measurements I had taken. I wrote to Covers and all and they made me a new cover for free and sent it to me free of charge. I will order again at Covers and all without a doubt. The covers are beautiful and of a very high quality.

Cushion covers are great. Customer service? Not so much. I ordered 4 cushions covers in the beginning of August and throughout the weeks received numerous emails stating my order would be delayed, and they provided an updated delivery date. No big deal, I expected this to take awhile. Flash forward to my expected delivery date over a month later and my order still says in production. After numerous conversations with support and receiving the runaround that my order is "still in production" and "it didn't pass the quality inspection" I finally received my order 2 MONTHS LATER. I also did not receive the complimentary storage bag I was initially promised in an email for my order delay. Honestly doesn't surprise me...
We ordered Custom Sun shade Sail, Square for our yard. It looked great, but it got muddy after the first rain. Now it isn't pleasant to see, because it seems like the shade is older than the house. It needs to be washed often.

The item took longer than expected after paying extra money for express shipping and being led to believe at time of purchase, this was a local company based in Australia as their website suggests. Item came from India via Singapore to Australia, very misleading.
Item arrived 28/9/20 (1 month after purchase) and was the WRONG size. After several attempts at contacting them via phone and sending the same email to them 3 times over a 2 week period (which also included photo evidence) I finally receive a response on 8/10/20 and was asked to provide more proof of incorrect sizing. More photos and proof were emailed 9/10/20. I waited a further 3 weeks for someone to contact me saying they can see it is their fault and they will remake the covers and try to ship more quickly. I had requested a refund as I did not want to go through this ALL again but figured I would settle for the re-make if that is all they would offer. I confirmed this straight away and pleaded with them to make the covers to my exact specifications this time. The re-ship of the cushion cover arrived today 18/11/20.3 MONTHS after my original purchase date... and guess what... THEY ARE NOW THE WRONG COLOUR. Do yourself a favour, this company might be cheaper than most, but don't waste your time with them. It is not worth it. Pay a little more and get what you pay for.
Ordered some items and it still says on their website "100% waterproof". After the first rain everything was soaked, I spoke to their customer support and they accused me of lying and then said they're product isn't actually water proof it's only water resistant and won't issue a refund.

Ordering was fast and easy. Price was very affordable, especially for a custom cover. Was given a time frame for delivery, and received two progress updates. Just received my generator cover today. Fits perfectly and the material quality was outstanding.
The workmanship was outstanding also. Even internal seams are covered.
No one else had a cover for the Harbor Freight Predator 2000 watt generator. This cover may outlast the generator.

Placed an order on August 24,2020 for 3 covers and provided all dimensions requested and some. I even went as far as submitting model numbers, pictures with manufacture dimensions, website links with additional dimension, but that didn't seem to be enough. Weeks went by and I would have to reach out to customers service to get status updates and every time I would chat or call they would ask for another dimension or say that it was already on production and to allow 2 more weeks. I guess that's their way of delaying the processing to catch up with the heavy volume of orders. Fast forward to today September 21 and guess what? They asked for another dimension. Lol
I cancelled the order right away and would advise anyone to STAY FAR AWAY from such companies. They are toxic and waste peoples valuable time. Now I am left fighting with my credit card company to get a full refund after 1 month of no delivery and fall quickly approaching with no covers for my outdoor furniture.
BTW... the 20 percent is only good up to 50 dollars off, even if your order is higher than a few hundred bucks as per customer service call on August 24,2020, Just plan crazy
All references to quick and easy in my opinion are probably paid responses. There is zero useful customer service here. In my opinion they hire out an overseas group to answer phone calls and chat lines. They have no production planning nor insight. They cannot tell you where in the process your order fits, nor when it will be completed. It's really quite shameful and I regret ordering. I cannot tell you if the product is poor, decent or great because I still don't have it.
I called customer service for days. Never answer. When they did I came across a very tired unprofessional person that kept talking over me and never listed to the information I needed to provide to complete my order. She hanged up on me
